Villa holiday rentals in Dordogne

Venus pour visiter Périgueux et ses environs, nous avons été chouchoutés par Isabelle et Jean-Paul durant notre séjour. Le logement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas de la piste cyclable, et proche des commerces (7 min en vélo par la piste cyclable pour des produits venant directement de producteurs, pharmacie, boulangerie...). Le logement est simple, spacieux et agréable à vivre pour 2, dans un cadre arboré. Nos corps (épaules, dos, cou..) vous remercient pour la super séance de sophrologie que nous avons eu après quelques jours de vélo. Même si un incident personnel est venu nous perturber, nous sommes repartis sans contractures, et avec une envie de revenir dès que possible.

A superb house in quiet countryside on the edge of a small village. The pool is fantastic and was necessary in the heat to cool down. The house ha everything and more than you need for a comfortable time, very well equipped and everything worked. The hosts were great at communicating and it was nice to meet Mireielle who showed us round the house and how everything worked. The village has a great little restaurant that serves great food at a great price and were very accommodating to us when we arrived very late in their service hours. All round a fantastic house and a great stay. Thanks

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans la maison d’Eleanor et Thomas. Elle est magnifique, très bien entretenue, et décorée avec goût. Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l’on se sente bien dès l’arrivée. Rien ne manque, tout est parfaitement équipé. Eleanor et Thomas sont des hôtes attentionnés et très réactifs. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y revenir bientôt !

Très belle maison de vacances, vues magnifiques et dégagées depuis la terrasse : couchers de soleil, montgolfières tôt le matin et en fin de journée. Maison très confortable et spacieuse, excellente situation au cœur de la vallée des 5 châteaux, beaucoup de visites possibles dans un rayon de 30 minutes de voiture maximum. Excellent séjour chez Amélie.

Spectacular stay at Le Cheval Blanc! We loved our week at this large but charming house in the countryside. Beautiful, clean and cozy bedrooms! Large comfortable living room area with a wood stove that came in handy in the unusually cool September. The kitchen-wow. The best appointed kitchen we have ever encountered! And then, there are the hosts that went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. Delicious welcome meal and a well stocked fridge to get us started. Bill and Jill were friendly and very helpful. Walks in the area possible. Many villages to visit within an hour or two. It was an amazing week. You should stay at Le Cheval Blanc!

We loved this stylish, extremely well appointed forest hideaway, where all our needs had been anticipated and catered for. The setting is simply spectacular with far reaching views to one side, and huge oak and maritime pine trees to the others. The photos on the listing don’t really do it justice. The property is very private, very peaceful and so relaxing. Deer wandered around at dusk, and the birdlife is just incredible. Incredible! The property is also very well located, within 5 minutes drive of the A89 and roughly midway between Bergerac, Perigueux and the gastronomic delights of the Perigord. We would love to go back. We had such an amazing stay at Cassandra's beautiful chateau!!! Fantastic space with gym and beautiful gardens and so peaceful. Such a magical region. Cassandra and her housekeeper Martina were amazing and very helpful. Our entire stay felt like we were in a fairy tale. :) Would definitely come back!

Beautiful house and pool gite. Everything that you needed inside amd outside the house plus lots of extras, like dishwasher tablets. Beautiful surrounding area and great local town (Lalinde) with good restaurants and cafes. There was a market on Thursday which was good. Great host who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would love to come and stay again next year.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans ce logement à l'occasion de notre cousinade ! La propriété est spacieuse, parfaitement équipée et très propre, avec tout le confort pour accueillir un grand groupe. Les espaces exterieurs sont parfaits pour partager des moments tous ensemble (piscine, pétanque, jeux pour enfants). Marie a été très réactive, accueillante et disponible. Merci encore pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée et la facilité d'organisation. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement pour les rassemblements en famille ou entre amis.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is superbly equipped and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space is great: beautifully maintained and very private and the river views are stunning. The pool was perfect for our three teens and they also appreciated the access to Netflix. The location is great as you can walk to nearby shops and restaurants and are an easy drive from multiple local attractions.

We were a group of eight that rented the entire home for 10 wonderful days. The location of the home was perfect for exploring the magical village of Sarlat as well as going outside of the walled city to enjoy other parts of the beautiful Dordogne Valley. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the well furnished house and the courtyard was an extra bonus. The magic was being able to walk out the door and view the village and walk through the labyrinth of cobblestone streets to countless restaurants, numerous shops and endless historical beauty. Tyler was very responsive to all of needs and we would all recommend this to anyone that is fortunate enough to visit Sarlat.

Excellent séjour entre amis dans cette maison au calme avec de beaux espaces, une jolie tranquillité et la piscine agréable en ce beau weekend. Nous avons passé un bon séjour ! Le seul bémol sera le manque d'un 3ème WC - ce qui pour 12 personnes s'avère utile (mais nous étions prévenu avant notre arrivée, et nous savons que c'était exceptionnel).

Séjour en tous points conformes aux prévisions. La maison est confortable et était adaptée à notre groupe composé de six couples d'amis. Deux cuisines à disposition ce qui était une excellente chose pour le nombre que nous étions. Piscine chauffée. Calme et sans vis à vis

we stayed for five days and had a great time. The property is very nice in a really private peaceful location. Near to beautiful villages and as we were cycling we had lots of different options to choose. All beautiful. Oliver is really friendly and helpful. we would love to return.

Just finished a wonderful week at Paul's villa. It is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Pool is amazing! Direct access to the Dordogne from the back gate and a really handy river side cafe which sells salads/fish/chips/drinks etc. Villa was spotless and would have no hesitation in returning, in fact if I had the means I would love to buy it 😍😂 Communication from Paul/Elisa and Arthur perfect. If you are thinking of visiting Vezac, book this property!!

What a fabulous find in the peaceful and beautiful area of Bouzic. A really well appointed home with everything you need for a great stay. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need for a family or couples stay. Pool side is lovely. A great space to relax overlooking the well maintained garden and countryside. Amanda was a great host. Always responsive to questions and available when needed. Overall one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The photos do not do the home justice. Thanks again Amanda.

Très belle villa au calme. Tout y est très fonctionnel, beaucoup d'équipement sont disponibles. La maison dispose de très grand espace de vie aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Nous avons passer un très agréable week-end à 9 personnes. Merci

Alison’s and Andre’s jewel in beautiful Dordogne valley is the absolute winner when booking the perfect peaceful place to holiday in France. You can take a walk in nearby village or walk In nearby Forrest. Stargazing at the private pool, visit Limeuil to kayak the river. Or just take a deep breath in peaceful and relaxing nature while getting some tan after a swim in the pool. Alison and Andre are super friendly always happy to chat or check if you are ok. Super hosts. And not to forget the four legged Johnny the dog and two cats. Johnny will definitely steel your heart. If you are lucky like us, Alison and Andre will let you to take him for a walk. After pool, time with Jonny was our daughter second favourite thing!! There are so many great things to do or place to visit. So Looking back at our holiday photos, we were again lucky and we need to say - A bientot belle France and thank you Alison, Andre and Johnny for beautiful memories.

This fabulous old manoir has been so beautifully renovated! It still very much holds it's original charm, while there is everything available you could need for a family holiday. They seem to have thought of everything! We had a magnificent week looking out onto spring blossoms and green pastures. Our children had the best time in the heated pool and playing ping- pong. Fabienne welcomed us and was very helpful and available locally. Guillaume is a friendly and responsive host who made the whole booking process very efficient. Many thanks for this fantastic holiday. Obviously we would love to come back!

Beautiful and very stylish house in an absolutely stunning location. Lots to do inside, but standout feature is the expansive outside space with westward views across the large pool to the valley meaning spectacular sunsets from the terrace every evening.
