Villa holiday rentals in Dordogne

We came to visit Périgueux and its surroundings, and we were pampered by Isabelle and Jean-Paul during our stay. The accommodation is ideally located, 2 steps from the bike path, and close to shops (7 min by bike along the bike path for products coming directly from producers, pharmacy, bakery...). The accommodation is simple, spacious and pleasant to live in for 2, in a wooded setting. Our bodies (shoulders, back, neck, etc.) thank you for the great sophrology session we had after a few days of cycling. Even if a personal incident came to disrupt us, we left without any issues, and with a desire to return as soon as possible.

A superb house in quiet countryside on the edge of a small village. The pool is fantastic and was necessary in the heat to cool down. The house ha everything and more than you need for a comfortable time, very well equipped and everything worked. The hosts were great at communicating and it was nice to meet Mireielle who showed us round the house and how everything worked. The village has a great little restaurant that serves great food at a great price and were very accommodating to us when we arrived very late in their service hours. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Eleanor and Thomas's home. It is beautiful, very well maintained, and tastefully decorated. Everything has been thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the moment you arrive. Everything is missing, everything is perfectly equipped. Eleanor and Thomas are caring and very responsive hosts. Their warm welcome and availability made the experience even more enjoyable. We recommend this place without a second thought and hope to have the opportunity to come back soon!

Very nice holiday home, magnificent and unobstructed views from the terrace: sunsets, hot air balloons early in the morning and at the end of the day. Very comfortable and spacious house, excellent location in the heart of the Valley of the 5 castles, lots of visits possible within a radius of 30 minutes by car maximum. Excellent stay at Amélie.

Spectacular stay at Le Cheval Blanc! We loved our week at this large but charming house in the countryside. Beautiful, clean and cozy bedrooms! Large comfortable living room area with a wood stove that came in handy in the unusually cool September. The kitchen-wow. The best appointed kitchen we have ever encountered! And then, there are the hosts that went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. Delicious welcome meal and a well stocked fridge to get us started. Bill and Jill were friendly and very helpful. Walks in the area possible. Many villages to visit within an hour or two. It was an amazing week. You should stay at Le Cheval Blanc!

We loved staying at Franca's home in Sarlat-la-Canéda. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and provided a quiet, relaxing environment. The house was surrounded by a fence and gate so we had privacy and security. The grounds were nicely landscaped. We had 8 people in our party and everyone loved it. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. We chose to do that and had some great family time together. Our group had been traveling for several days so the washer and dryer were very much appreciated as well. The home is located near the town center which was convenient. The village is charming with its beautiful buildings. It was a very enjoyable stay. We hope to return soon.

We had such an amazing stay at Cassandra's beautiful chateau!!! Fantastic space with gym and beautiful gardens and so peaceful. Such a magical region. Cassandra and her housekeeper Martina were amazing and very helpful. Our entire stay felt like we were in a fairy tale. :) Would definitely come back!

Beautiful house and pool gite. Everything that you needed inside amd outside the house plus lots of extras, like dishwasher tablets. Beautiful surrounding area and great local town (Lalinde) with good restaurants and cafes. There was a market on Thursday which was good. Great host who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Would love to come and stay again next year.

We had a great family weekend in this accommodation on the occasion of our cousinade! The property is spacious, perfectly equipped and very clean, with all the comforts to accommodate a large group. The outdoor spaces are perfect for sharing moments together (swimming pool, petanque, children's games). Marie was very responsive, welcoming and available. Thank you again for the little touches on our arrival and the ease of organization. We highly recommend this place for gatherings with family or friends.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is superbly equipped and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space is great: beautifully maintained and very private and the river views are stunning. The pool was perfect for our three teens and they also appreciated the access to Netflix. The location is great as you can walk to nearby shops and restaurants and are an easy drive from multiple local attractions.

We were a group of eight that rented the entire home for 10 wonderful days. The location of the home was perfect for exploring the magical village of Sarlat as well as going outside of the walled city to enjoy other parts of the beautiful Dordogne Valley. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the well furnished house and the courtyard was an extra bonus. The magic was being able to walk out the door and view the village and walk through the labyrinth of cobblestone streets to countless restaurants, numerous shops and endless historical beauty. Tyler was very responsive to all of needs and we would all recommend this to anyone that is fortunate enough to visit Sarlat.

Excellent stay with friends in this quiet house with beautiful spaces, nice tranquility and pleasant pool on this beautiful weekend. Overall we had a nice stay! The only downside is the lack of a 3rd toilet - which for 12 people is useful (but we were warned before our arrival, and we know it was exceptional).

we stayed for five days and had a great time. The property is very nice in a really private peaceful location. Near to beautiful villages and as we were cycling we had lots of different options to choose. All beautiful. Oliver is really friendly and helpful. we would love to return.

Just finished a wonderful week at Paul's villa. It is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Pool is amazing! Direct access to the Dordogne from the back gate and a really handy river side cafe which sells salads/fish/chips/drinks etc. Villa was spotless and would have no hesitation in returning, in fact if I had the means I would love to buy it 😍😂 Communication from Paul/Elisa and Arthur perfect. If you are thinking of visiting Vezac, book this property!!

Seven adults and two small children enjoyed Gwen’s property. We all had a super time, everything was as described, clean, and worked. It felt like considerable effort had gone into anticipating the clients needs & these were more than met, which doesn’t happen often. We would highly recommend Gwen’s property, we had no issues, loved the pool & the view was spectacular. We had a great, relaxing family holiday.

What a fabulous find in the peaceful and beautiful area of Bouzic. A really well appointed home with everything you need for a great stay. The home is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you need for a family or couples stay. Pool side is lovely. A great space to relax overlooking the well maintained garden and countryside. Amanda was a great host. Always responsive to questions and available when needed. Overall one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The photos do not do the home justice. Thanks again Amanda.

This fabulous old manoir has been so beautifully renovated! It still very much holds it's original charm, while there is everything available you could need for a family holiday. They seem to have thought of everything! We had a magnificent week looking out onto spring blossoms and green pastures. Our children had the best time in the heated pool and playing ping- pong. Fabienne welcomed us and was very helpful and available locally. Guillaume is a friendly and responsive host who made the whole booking process very efficient. Many thanks for this fantastic holiday. Obviously we would love to come back!

Beautiful and very stylish house in an absolutely stunning location. Lots to do inside, but standout feature is the expansive outside space with westward views across the large pool to the valley meaning spectacular sunsets from the terrace every evening.
