A beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, surrounded by olive and lemon trees. Very clean, kitchen very well equipped and nice seating outside. Mosquito screens on the windows are very practical. Carlo was a very attentive and friendly host. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in San Remo. The apartment is quietly located, has a beautiful view and Mauro is always ready when you have questions. Recommended!

We had a great 12 nights and we loved the area as the station, supermarket and gorgeous patisserie were all close by. Raoul was a fantastic host and was always contactable and very obliging. Any problems and he was there to sort them out. Raoul got us a couple of chairs so we could go and sit on the beach which was much appreciated and we made good use of them. We loved the basket of fruit and bottle of wine on arrival.

We had a really great time on our beach vacation. The house was very suitable for our needs and would have been great for more than two people. We thank you for the kindness in the welcome and in the information to help us settle in the area.

i spent two nights in this atypical, charming accommodation, between trees and sky. after a beautiful road that winds through the forest, the access (only on foot) is via a tiny very steep path/staircase in the forest (a good 1/4 hour of climbing), but Jürgen's explanations were very accurate and I had no trouble finding it. on site, very friendly welcome from Sylvia. everything is rustic, tinkered, but full of charm and impeccable cleanliness. outdoor shower fed by the water of the source, dry toilet, no electricity, so candle lighting and at the glow of hundreds of fireflies, magical. a place that deserves to be, but where I will surely come back.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Accommodation a few steps from the sea, spacious, minimalist style and clean. New appliances and everything in perfect working order. Valerio, a welcoming and very responsive host, always responds to messages and if there are problems, he solves them within a few minutes without creating further inconvenience. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday, even with children. An apartment that allows you to live an experience in peace and enjoy the spaces.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Serena and Domenico have been lovely hosts. We enjoyed the stay so much. Their beautiful villa is spacious and the garden with sea view is just fantastic. We had our own parking and Nico gave us fresh lemon from their garden which we used to make our own lemonade. It was fantastic. The villa has a lot of charm and so we felt like in a romantic Italian movie. They provided us with everything we needed for our baby (crib and highchair). We would definitely stay there again. We spent two great weeks at Marinella. The reception was super warm. We received a lot of help and great recommendations from Marinella and Anthony. The antique mill is equipped with everything you need. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. We had minimal Internet reception at times. I had a mobile router with me, which was mounted on a fishing rod and thus WiFi was available for googling and sending pictures. There are beautiful brown trout in the river by the house. The post office for the fishing license is directly on the street. We would like to thank you again and hope that we will make it to the antique mill again.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Beautiful accommodation right on the amazing coast of Alassio. The ocean views are truly spectacular and breathtaking. The house is well furnished and exceptionally beautiful! Andrea is a very likeable host who gave us many tips and recommendations. He welcomed us very warmly and very kindly showed us the accommodation. An exemplary host! Really superlative experience! Angela is a caring and kind host, she fills you with attention and gifts at km0 from her lush garden (lemon and sweet and juicy grapefruits). The location is enviable for its panorama and tranquility, while the swimming pool and gazebo/solarium are a bonus worthy of an exclusive resort. In short, this gem on the hills of Ventimiglia, a stone's throw from Menton, is an accommodation option not to be missed!

The reception was extremely friendly, just like last year. Everything is very straightforward and communication with Elisabetta is perfect. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and very well equipped. The terrace with the magnificent view is unique. The proximity to the beach is great. This year the pool was open. Beautiful complex with magnificent views.
