Very well appointed and equipped accommodation. Most welcoming hosts. Having a parking space is very valuable (Small car). The small beach below makes it very easy to swim (Not accessible to people with mobility problems because of the many steps). Depending on your sensitivity, the concern could be the noise of the road, which is very busy (As the accommodation is very well soundproofed and has air conditioning, the noise does not interfere with sleep). On the other hand, having the road nearby makes it very easy to walk to the stops for buses 600 (Nice-Menton) and 83 (Village d'Eze).

Great stay at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our time, once again! Great connections to Nice airport and surrounding villages. Spacious garden and pool and great cooking amenities. Looking forward to coming again!

Roberto was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is ideal – peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, everything you need is just a short drive away. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor area was a dream – a stunning pool, comfortable loungers, and a well-maintained garden that offered total privacy. Inside, the rooms were spacious and airy, with high-quality furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Truly one of the best accommodations we’ve experienced – we can’t wait to return! We had a very pleasant time in the old oil mill. The house, the garden and the entire surroundings were extraordinarily beautiful. We particularly liked the proximity to the center of Ceriana, which could be reached on a beautiful footpath. There you could get the most necessary things in one of the two small supermarkets. We were very happy to sit outside in one of the two bars in the evening and watch the lively hustle and bustle around us. The locals were incredibly nice and approachable. Since the temperatures were still in the moderate range, we took some very nice bike tours directly from the house. The roads leading into the mountains are narrow, but they are not heavily trafficked. This is certainly different in the high season. However, there are many steep uphill sections and an e-bike is recommended for those who are not absolutely fit. We were able to safely park our car in the lower part of the house.

Cyril’s villa is an absolute gem! We were a family of 7, including 3 children from 9-14. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. A feast for the eyes wherever you look, however it didn’t feel cluttered, more masterfully curated. Wonderful lamps throughout giving beautiful lighting come evening. Beds were comfortable and we have returned to England having placed an order for continental pillows! It was immaculately clean and the housekeeper, Berangere was so kind to welcome us on our arrival and walk us through the villa. The pool was the main reason we booked the villa and it didn’t disappoint! It was the star of the show, our children loved it and we used it every day. Vence town is a 10 minute stroll away with so many charming places of interest. We used Uber for all our journeys and days out, very reasonable and the app is so easy to use. A visit to Saint Paul De Vence is a must! Cyril was a lovely host and was very responsive to any enquiries before our trip. We hope to return soon!

The scenery is very, very good, you can see the beautiful sea view, it is a very perfect holiday home, every bedroom has a sea view, I like it very much, very satisfied, a very unforgettable and wonderful stay

Beautiful place with amazing views in a perfect location to visit the the Côte d’Azure by car.

We loved our stay in this villa. It was in a beautiful location, high above the village of Aspremont. Lovely hiking and walking options nearby. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were all charming with a different decor. The master bathroom upstairs was clean and had pretty good water pressure in the shower. The infinity pool was wonderful and the outdoor space had a lot of different areas to relax, grill, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Julie, our host, was always responsive and friendly. The only things I would point out is that this area has really windy, narrow roads with hairpin turns, so if that’s not your thing driving, be prepared. Aspremont village doesn’t have much going on - very few restaurants etc. There are definitely other towns nearby that have more to do (e.g., Nice is a 30 mins drive). Finally, the internet connection is mediocre so if you need to connect for work, it may not be the best for things like video calls.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

An unforgettable stay in Nice! Our stay at Lauryane and Stephen’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location was fantastic — peaceful yet very convenient — and the view was simply breathtaking. The villa was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lauryane and Stephen were incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. Great stay at this villa. The place is relaxing We find ourselves alone in the olive trees The barbecue annex is incredible The only downside is the access road, you must not have a large vehicle, or the possibility of parking downstairs

The place is on a very good location. Parking spaces are right outside the door. The pool is large and deep for relaxing times. The garden is completely fenced. Nicole is very dog-friendly. I was at a multi-day wedding and she even looked after my dog. The door to the garden was open day and night, the house is so peaceful and safe. I felt very well taken care of and safe. Thank you Nicole for your help. You deserve 10 stars, not 5 😀👍

This villa is a little gem, it’s better than the photos and the location is great, so close to the medieval town. I would advise you would need a car to stay here, but access is easy. Leo was very quick to respond to any questions. We will be coming back !!

We enjoyed our stay in the tower very much. The apartments are very tastefully furnished, everything you need is available. The garden is beautiful, you can grill very well and the pool is a real highlight. A very well-equipped supermarket, where you can really get everything and which is also open on Sundays, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Two notes for future tenants: 1. The WiFi does not work very well, but that did not bother us, because the cell phone reception is very good. But if you have children, for example, who want to watch movies via WiFi, you have to be prepared for that. 2. In the top room, it can get very hot if you have windless days. Especially when children sleep there, it can be difficult if you have to keep the windows closed because of the daylight. But Daniele provided us with a mobile air conditioning unit on request, so there were no more problems.

We had a great stay at Julien's house. The heated pool is a very appreciable luxury. The whole family was very responsive to our needs during our stay. We will come back next year with great pleasure. Thank you very much!!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

We had perfect days in Borganzo!! A wonderful stay from the first to the last minute. The house is beautifully and quietly located, it is super well maintained and has everything you need. The garden is a dream and the pool is just sensationally beautiful, is very large and also has a very nice depth. (From flat to over 2m) Stefano has taken care of everything very well, has always responded immediately to requests from us and is also a very likeable person! We hope to be able to travel to Borganzo again soon!

Nice location. The house and terrace has plenty of space and good places to sit and eat. We enjoyed also the pool. We were there for biking and cycling 10days. Good place for both.
