Great location in close proximity to Disney. James was very responsive to all messages and took care to make sure there was enough communication leading up to our stay and that we didn’t have any questions or concerns.

Very clean home, exactly as described! Simone was great to deal with and the area is so quiet and peaceful. The pool was great for the kids! The kids enjoyed the "themed bedrooms". Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, right size for family vacation and kids enjoyed bunk beds a lot.. Very nearer to Disney parks, I would highly recommend and would consider again for my future Orlando vacation.

Our stay was great! The unit was clean and as described. Check in was smooth and easy. Great location, safe, restaurants within walking distance. The resort amenities were great. Luis and Tati were very responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely book with them again!

The condo is very nice. I’m usually underwhelmed when I stay at condos in Orlando but that one was great. Very clean, new-ish, huge, and they had many thoughtful touches. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by some soft music when opening the door- they really want to make it an experience. One pool was under renovation (the one closest to the condo) so we had to drive outside of the neighborhood about a mile away but the amenities there were very nice and worth the quick drive. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 5 nights at Alberto’s beautiful modern property. Family friendly and easy to find lots to do nearby. There is a publix 5 minutes away that was very convenient. Lots of beautiful golf courses around. The water park next door was definitely the highlight of our stay..! Thank you Alberto. Will definitely be staying here next time we’re in Champions Gate, Orlando..

The place was awesome, it had all the amenities we needed, it was very cozy and the host is very responsive, loved it and would book it again!

I was in Orlando for a convention and this place was perfect. I truly wish I could’ve experience more of the amenities they had to offer. But I was so busy with the convention and tired when I got back. The place puts you right to sleep because it feels like home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I have a small group. Melissa & Joe made sure they had no room for error with messages informing me about everything there is to do around in the area. Also to making sure there place was tidy. I can keep going on and on yet the point is there place was great and so were they.

Great place for 2 adults and 2 kids. Big bath tub was a lot of fun for kids. Multiple pools on site that were all pretty empty last week of May which was great. Security guard check in for extra security and never a line to get in was nice. Unit backs up to woods. Spent a lot of times on screened porch enjoying the peacefulness of it all. Not a real “townhouse” more of a 1st floor condo. Upstairs neighbors were heard a handful of times. Not too big of a deal, but potentially if upstair renters were bad. Had enough towels, dishes, etc .. for us. The 2/2 set up is nice.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We arrived for my daughter’s cheer competition at ESPN complex. It was only about 12 minutes away and super convenient commute. I highly recommend staying at this place . It was very clean and loaded with all the amenities. The hot tub was a plus after those long days spent at the complex and Disney. It was spacious for my family of 4 and the beds were great. It was also super convenient to tons of restaurants. This location is hands down the best. I look forward to making this my go to place every time we visit the area from now on . This was absolutely the best !

good corporate run AirBnB place, very clean, all basic amenities provided, well equipped and comfortable beds. We stayed here on a business trip and very easy. Although, bring your own toilet paper as the stuff provided is terrible

This place was amazing super clean and very spacious we really enjoyed the open layout and my toddlers loved the pool and kids bedroom host was very attentive and responsive will definitely stay again!!! Book this place if your looking to relax and enjoy Orlando

Great place for our extended family of 8 (4 young kids) for our 5 night stay. Plenty of space and the kids rooms were lots of fun. The water park in the complex was fantastic and a great place to cool off for the morning or after a long day out and about. Close to everything you need for a family vacation in the Orlando area. Only comment would be to have a few pantry staples/extra kitchen utensils available for those on a longer stay. Would book again if we make another trip to Central Florida.

Luis was a great host! The house is absolutely amazing. My friends and I enjoyed the heated pool in the back. Plenty of towels provided. Hot showers. Absolutely no bugs and a quiet neighborhood. Next time I am in the Orlando area I will stay here. Thank you!

This place was amazing. Extremely close to Disney and tons of restaurants and supermarkets. The host always replied within minutes. Definitely on my favorites list from now on.

This home is a great place to stay! Very clean and the host is very nice and understanding. We had a slight problem durning our stay, the host handle the issue very well and that meant a lot to us. Walmart and other stores are walking distance which was great for my group. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due the weather but it looked really nice.

Staying at this lovely place for the second time. Pet Friendly ❤️❤️❤️, lovely one bedroom townhouse, very clean and comfortable, lake front, great location and very safe, 20 minutes from Disney and Universal.

Ron was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The home was beautiful and very clean. We would love to stay again when we come back.

Amazing trip as always, house is always in great condition and clean. Lots of toys, games and activities for the kids to do
