Joey’s place was very clean and in a perfect location. Joey was also quick to respond to messages. I had a great stay!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! I had a wonderful stay at Orion's place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great and made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again. The number one thing I loved was Michael’s communication. His replies were quick but thorough. He really took the time to explain and recommend things to do, and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Secondly there’s parking literally right in front of the door which makes unloading luggage a breeze. Quiet environment, comfortable beds, the kids loved the toys 🧸. It was a 10/10 stay! :)

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. The amenities were perfect for a family trip with kids so they weren’t bored at all. Lots of fun to be had here! Will definitely recommend!

A group of 5 (plus a dog) went down for a concert and to celebrate my birthday, this house was AMAZING! There was so much space that even with the rooms being close to one another, no one felt like they were on top of each other. Tina has done a marvelous job decorating and furnishing the place with beautiful, and very comfortable, furniture/decor. The kitchen, fridge/freezer, and laundry room came fully stocked with everything you could need (even things you didn’t know you did). The pool and backyard space were stunning! My dog had a blast running around and pretending he was an alligator in the pool. Plenty of pool floats and towels were provided. Overall this has been the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, my entire group loved it, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s staying in Orlando!

This was a quick visit to Winter Park. The rental is as described and is in a good location to Winter Park. Most of the restaurants and stores were within a 10min drive including grocery stores. The property manager was proactive and great with communication. The area was quiet and peaceful and felt safe. The house is as described. The beds are clean and comfortable. The showers are large and the living room has a big comfortable sofa. The kitchen has appliances and a full accompaniment of cooking supplies. I recommend this unit if you want to be near Winter Park or want to visit surrounding areas.

Great place to stay when we came in to town for a concert. Short drive to many great places to eat and shop. House had a great cozy feel in a nice and quiet area. Family had a relaxing time. Host was very quick to respond and provided great instructions.

Alexander is an A+++ host. He cares and it shows that he takes pride in his rental. The place is super clean. super private and quiet. Just a stones throw from beautiful downtown too. 5 stars 👍

Great spot to stay. Close to everything

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here and both stays were exceptional. The place is clean, with beautiful views of the farm with horses. Quiet, with all amenities needed, and a beautiful pool that we enjoyed... we would happily recommend this place and the next time we are in the area, we would gladly book this place again!

The host responded really quick to any questions. It was quiet and nice . The beds were so soft and comfy. I definitely will be back...

We had a wonderful stay! The place is super close to the theme parks, which was really convenient. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. I loved the style and especially appreciated all the thoughtful details—like having a hair dryer, clothes iron, shampoo, conditioner, soap… everything we could possibly need, and all great quality!

Wonderful location. Facility was perfect. Extremely convenient for Disney and Universal. Sitting on the deck overlooking Lake Bryan feels like you are in the country with Disney Springs minutes away. The Host is wonderful as well.

It is very nice . Just as described if not more than. Felt like a home. Loved the swimming pools. I would go back there anytime I need a vacation! Victor is very accommodating and very nice to deal with!

Peaceful serenity with modern amenities. Best of both worlds. Great escape from a hectic world. You won’t want to leave ! And the staff and owners are very accommodative and attentive. I would return without a doubt.

A great stay. Really. The entire property is very well planned and maintained. A definite “cabin in the woods” atmosphere. Location is also a huge plus; it’s not in the middle of Orlando/Disney crowd, but not too far away from town. Already looking forward to another stay.
