Holiday rentals with a patio in Doctor Phillips

Had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The location is great and everything is closeby. The house is very well maintained and was cleaned before our visit. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

My fiance and I stayed at Ahladins apartment for two nights and had a great experience, host was super kind and checked in on us multiple times with welcome snacks and water. Apartment was surprisingly larger than we thought it would be and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend this stay

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

My daughter is a huge Harry Potter fan and this blew her mind! She loved everything about it !Very close to Universal--very easy to get to the park. Traffic was never a problem! Lots of restaurants near by! No problem with hot water until our last day and we stayed for 5 nights! Could have a little more paper goods (toilet paper and paper towels). We had 5 people and it worked well for us. The host always answered us quickly. Great attention to detail for the Harry Potter fan! A must stay!!

We had a blast staying at Amber’s Airbnb. Everything was just as described and the views are amazing. We came down to visit Disney and surrounding parks and it was easily accessible from every direction. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the Orlando area, we will certainly be coming back!

Karla’s Boho Bliss Bnb was absolutely as described. Everything was easy to access! The only thing that was a bit out of the ordinary was the cleaning crew left behind a few food & drink items from previous guests. Other than that it was a great stay & perfect location close to ALL disney parks & resorts. I’d absolutely stay again in the future.

The place was very clean and smelled really nice, Ivan was responsive as well and it was very peaceful! Would stay again!

I enjoyed my stay with Jessica. It was a really nice neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants around as was pretty central to pretty much everything. The home was near Disney, only 20 minutes away which really helped and made my stay with my girlfriend a lot easier. My only complaint was that my girlfriend found a hair in one of the towel as she was about to use it and we had to go purchase one at a nearby store. Other than that the place was spotless and nice and tidy, would definitely recommend booking your stay with Jessica, 9/10 😁

We’ve stayed at Jonny’s place several times and always make it a point to come back when we’re in Florida. Jonny is an amazing host and this home is beautiful and always exceeds expectations. This home is the best AirBnb I have stayed in and matches the description and photos. As always, thank you Jonny, we will be back next year!

It was a nice little space for my 5 year old son and myself to stay for the night. We didn’t eat at the house so I’m not sure how well the kitchen works for that. The bedroom was clean and the bathroom was updated and nice. There was no smoke alarm which was a bit unnerving while having my son with me. (You could see where there was supposed to be one but it was not there). Otherwise it was a nice quiet room for us.

My family loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful home! The host communicated as soon as we booked our trip up until the day we left. The house is equipped with almost everything you need. We can’t wait to visit again.

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

This was the perfect place to stay. This home is beautifully decorated, and such a nice little quiet retreat. I felt like I was staying in a home that was showcased in a magazine. The beds are so comfy and the pool is serene. I had the most relaxing weekend ever, thank you Nicole!

Stephanie's townhown was just perfect for my mother-daughter getaway. It was pet friendly, and my small doggies felt right at home. The location was perfect being right behind the major attractions like SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, and Universal and surrounded with a lot of good food options in resturants and fastfood. I hope to book again if I am ever in the area again.

May was great! Went to Universal Studios and it was right down the street. May was always responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again for sure

Great location. Very comfortable and well maintained. Would stay here again. Ryan was very helpful with all my questions.

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean, and close to the theme parks. Will definitely stay here again (:

Kathy's condo at Floridays Resort was perfect for our needs. We were only there 2 nights for a trip to Discovery Cove. The condo is close to Discovery Cove and Sea World as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. The interior is clean and there are plenty of linens and towels. There were paper towels, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, TP, etc. for 2-3 days. The kitchen is equipped with the minimum: dinnerware for 4, 1 pot, 1 skillet, 1 spatula, 1 serving spoon, 1 baking sheet, 1 baking dish, etc. It was adequate for our stay because we didn't do any real food preparation. If you plan on doing any serious cooking, you may want to bring your own cookware and knives. The resort grounds are tropical and beautifully landscaped. The outdoor hallways are looking a little tired and could use a good cleaning. There is a small pool fairly close by. The main pool and pool bar/shop, is on the opposite side of the resort so a decent walk.
