It’s perfect for a family of three. The place was modern and clean, great amenities, and the area has good security.

I loved this stay. The house was very clean, and the host provided free drinking water, instant coffee, tea, toiletries, and even a washing machine. I especially loved the porch area with a clothesline to dry laundry, making it super convenient to hang clothes after washing them. The weather in Vietnam can be hot, but luckily the house had air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, so it was very comfortable. There was also hot water for showers, but be sure to ask the host how to turn it on. The cohost was fantastic—she replied almost immediately to any questions I had, and communication was smooth since she speaks Vietnamese, Cantonese, and English. The location is great—there’s a local market nearby, and a 10- to 20-minute drive will take you to Lotte Mart and Vạn Hạnh Mall. I mainly used Grab for transportation. Quick tip: if the driver can’t find the address, give them the alley number and street name instead of the house number.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean, safe, spacious apartment on 25th floor with great view. Near districts 10, 11, and 5. Small grocery stores and local-food restaurants just outside the building.

Lily is a great host! Quick to respond to all our queries and also readily available to extend help wherever possible. Her place is as how it’s advertised and there is no regret choosing her place as our accommodation.
