Tegernsee and Lenggries (Brauneck) are only about 30 km. Good internet connection 100 Mbit/sec , therefore also suitable for home office.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
