We rent a cozy and lovingly equipped 2-room apartment on the upper floor of a Bavarian cottage with south-facing balcony and a paradise garden for 2 to 3 adults. The house is located in a quiet residential area 10 min. walk to the train station and the town center with all shops. A great forest is very close. Trips to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian surrounding area can be done comfortably by car or the S-Bahn/regional train or rent bicycles.

The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is no TV consciously. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood sprouts you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house way, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the warmth out and in winter it is nice and warm. Enter and breathe deeply in this quiet location.
