You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Newly renovated waterfront cottage on Chaumont Bay with breathtaking sunset views of Lake Ontario. Eventide View sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Swim, fish, kayak, relax waterside, or snuggle up inside with a book and a blanket next to the fireplace. The large backyard offers plenty of room to play. Guests will also have access to the 1 stall garage. Our waterfront rocky beach has great swimming for kids of all ages.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. Charming home built in 1900 w/ 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths in a perfect location- close to Thousand Islands, Fort Drum and Canada. Minutes away from northern NY's best fisheries. We provide all the essentials for your stay including coffee, cream and sugar, fresh towels and linens, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer and laundry detergent. Very peaceful home with incredible views of the Black River. Relax on the back deck or around the firepit on cool evenings.

The Henderson House

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
