Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Detroit Lakes

Great overall. Only complaint was an underground bees nest that stung one of us and the dog. Texted manager & she didn’t offer to come spray. We had to go to hardware store and buy spray ourselves. Also gas tank for grills ran out. Manager hesitantly offered to get some but said we could about 10 miles down the road. Paid out of pocket for these things.

We had a great stay in Park Rapids celebrating a family wedding in town. Our only issue was finding the place — the address needs to be corrected for Google maps to take you to the right place. Easily fixed. Other than that, we had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend for a large group. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. There was everything we needed to cook meals, we used the fire pit, used the sauna, and enjoyed the yard.

This was a great home for our extended family. The indoor and outdoor amenities were excellent. We had lots of fun with the games in the garage.

This was such a cute house to stay in for the weekend. It’s walkable to 3 different bars/restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. The house is decorated super cute. Will definitely stay again!

We were in Park Rapids for a wedding so we’re busy with that. Cabin was a great place to get away and relax. I would rent again. Water was chilly but clear. You could easily see the bottom at the end of the dock. Amenities were great.

This is very nice place for some time with family. We met with family and had a nice time, enjoying very good accommodations. The host was available for quick questions, which is a huge thing to us when using an air b n b. Rooms were.private and comfy and the upstairs main bathroom has been updated.very nicely.

My husband and I came up for a relaxing birthday weekend getaway from the cities. Hot tub was excellent and exactly what we needed. House was very clean and well appointed. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a quick stroll through town. Wil definitely be back to enjoy this peaceful rental, thanks again!

Great place and we will definitely return in the future. Trisha & Chris are kind and very hospitable. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Beautiful, peaceful location but just a short drive into town. We look forward to our next visit!

Debra was great to work with and her bnb was very nice and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would stay with Debra again :)

I have stayed at Bee and Paul's place (both upstairs and down) five times this year, and each time has been incredible. Both places are comfortable, clean, welcoming and filled with everything you might need and then some! I love this house and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fergus Falls. Everybody is incredibly responsive, it's easy to check in and out, and the neighborhood is among my favorite places to walk. Just can't say enough about this house and these hosts!

Breezy Shores Resort is a collection of two-story townhouses right on the lake. Our unit was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and the gas fireplace in the living room helped to warm the apartment quickly upon our arrival on a cold spring night. We had four days of cold, wet weather and we were glad to have a comfortable place to spend those days. Then the sun came out, the days warmed up and being right on the lake made our last four days really wonderful. Everyone we encountered in the office was immediately helpful and responsive. Nearby restaurants served us well -- we especially recommend cheeseburgers at Shorewood Pub, we had an excellent carry-out pizza from Zorbaz, and also can recommend nearby Bleachers and the Long Bridge Bar and Grill. This was an excellent stay and we definitely would come back.

Bee and Paul’s was very beautiful to stay at. The scenery was amazing and the hot tub was perfect for the night we utilized it. They had very great communication and Paul was really helpful with every question we asked. We went there for a bachelorette party and their recommendation list provided was a great guide to local restaurants. Location was great as it was private yet a larger town was only 15 mins away in case we needed anything. Thank you for having us!

One must see this place in person to appreciate the beauty, serenity and peace. The cabin is comfortable, cosy, and extremely well furnished! We enjoyed the privacy and the great variety of flora and fauna.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Our hosts made my partner a cake for her birthday and also provided a birthday banner that made my partner feel extra special. The fresh herbs from the garden were a nice touch. We will definitely rent space in the future. Thank you for a good nights rest, the cabin was comforting. Raven and family.

Very nice cabin with lots of outdoor space. Easy walk to the lakeshore and dock. Comfortable beds and nice linens and pillows. Great fire pit area. Huge lake with not a lot of activity. We had good boating and fishing.

We had a fantastic stay at Sofia's adorable cabin on Lake Ida! Despite the chilly weather, we enjoyed playing games in the screened in porch and had a bonfire in the evening. The cabin is incredibly clean and equipped with everything you might need for a weekend away. We can't wait to return!

Charming cabin right on the lake. Our family loved being on the water and enjoying the patio. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as my niece's wedding was only about a 20 minute drive away. The area was nice and peaceful. And, quiet which we appreciated greatly.

Sarah’s place was perfect! Very comfortable sleeping space, bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly supplied with everything you need. Grill ready to go was great! Outdoor space was beautifully kept. Game room was fun! Lake is big and would be perfect for fishing and boating fun! Everything about this place was great! We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family! Also, bunk bed room was bigger than expected. Fun and comfortable room for little kids and teens!
