We had a beautiful fall weekend getaway in Cabin 11. It was very private,gorgeous view of the lake! As soon as we came into our cabin it smelled like maple syrup, so nostalgic and cozy. The jacuzzi tub was so much fun, and we had plenty of space. It's an impressive property, we enjoyed walking the grounds, we didn't utilize many amenities just because we were relaxing. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, they even gave us some firewood! Fully stocked kitchen came in real handy. I miss it already!

Enjoyed staying here for a few days. Peaceful and chill place to stay if you're looking to get away. Nice little comfy home and the view of the lake was my favorite.

Such a beautiful well kept home! We had a great time around the fire, pool, and game room. The beautiful trees and wildlife made you feel as if you were in the middle of nowhere.

We were admittedly not the easiest guests. We brought along my autistic son and my 87 year old grandma and had to make some of our own safety adjustments and had some accommodations requests and they graciously assisted with! The pontoon died in the lake (our fault) and they came out to rescue us with 0 judgement, we also locked ourself out of one of our rooms and again 0 judgement. We were a mess and we were greeted with nothing but hospitality. Such an amazingly beautiful resort with phenomenal staff. We cannot wait to come back!

The host was amazing. The house had many things for my group to do. Host was responsive to everything. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Very beautiful Cabin. Things that I appreciated: 1) 2 out of 4 bedrooms were on the other side of the house. With kids to me that means a lot as it gives them a more quite place to sleep. 2) each room had a sound machine 3) in the kitchen there was a charger for all sorts of electronics 4) to go containers for you to take home leftovers 5) sand pit 6) clear lake to swim in 7) AMAZING FISHING! 8) close to troll hunting! 9) every single size possible for life jackets. 10) if you love coffee, you will very much like all sorts of appliances Preston has ready for you! Great amount of towels, sheets, extra blankets, pillows, 2 extra mattresses and a very well stocked up kitchen. I cant think of any negatives and I am an Airbnb snob!

We knew it was above our normal budget but, it was the perfect fit for us with our kids and grandkids. Such a variety of activities available for everyone to enjoy. We were impressed with all of the things being available to use from the kitchen, beach, boats, and even firewood for the evening campfire. TV and WIFI worked great for us couch potatoes while the energetic went kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Our bunch loves to catch fish and throw them back. In the 3 days there, they caught over 50 Northerns and a couple crappies. All went back into the lake after some pics. Great property and everyone wants to go back again.

Cute little house, it worked well for us, 6 adults and 2 little one. The down stairs worked great.

Sandy Shores was hands down the nicest Airbnb we have had the pleasure of enjoying!! The kitchen was loaded with everything you need to cook comfortably and was so clean!! The beds, furniture and linens were new and so clean. I could go on listing the thoughtful, intentional touches around the house that made us feel so comfortable. It was a wonderful place to stay with children- they have a very nice pack and play with sheets and a closet of toys for rainy days. The lake was so beautiful and the new dock was great for relaxing and fishing/docking the boat. We REALLY enjoyed our week at Sandy Shores!!

A charming cabin nestled in the woods on Little Sand Lake. Clean, quaint, comfortable beds, full kitchen amenities, pool table, sling tv and great water activities! The location was amazing in the middle of everything and easy to drive to activities in Park Rapids, Dorset or Nevis. We enjoyed outdoor time and evening pontoon rides and kayaking on the calm waters. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay, had an amazing time, and would go again! Everything you could need was there for cooking, playing games, paddle boarding, hanging out in the water, etc. Paul was amazing to work with & communicated very quickly. The only downfall was that the listing/photos did not disclose that there was no direct access from the hallway to the third bedroom. You had to walk through either of the other two bedrooms. This made it a little awkward for three couples to stay in the house. One of the couples ended up sleeping on the pull-out couch downstairs. But do not let those things stop you from staying at this place. We made amazing memories playing cards on the deck, grilling steak, using the paddle boards/lilly pad to hand out in the water, sitting at the fire and so much more! I would highly recommend staying here.

Such a cute space! Very comfortable bed, spotless kitchen and great outdoor area in the back. A nice, easy walk down to the water and restaurants.

These folks were super helpful and responsive to any inconvenience we had. Very friendly and such an awesome place to spend a weekend. Highly recommend, very worth the price.

Great lake. Water is as clear as the photos show. The beach area was great for the kids. Very private feel to the place. Excellent outdoor seating- a great place to gather. Beds were comfortable. Adequate supplies provided. Emily had excellent communication throughout the entire process. We had a great vacation!

Our family had a lot of fun staying at the beach for the week. The lake was steps away. The dock was beautiful. The deck was a great sitting and playing area that was small children friendly. Overall great week on the lake with our children and grandchildren.

What a beautiful stay we had. Marks house is a beautiful, serene retreat perfect for a large group or as in our case a family reunion vacation. Lake Miltona is lovely. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again when on the area. Thank you Mark!

Access to the beach (yes beach) and beautiful, clear lake were unsurpassed. Boat was in great condition. Our favorite parts were the great decks, deck furniture, dock for kids to fish and all the toys in the storage area!

We enjoyed our week at Truman Lake house! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed some nice family time on the lake. The kitchen and house comes nicely equipped with everything you need.

Yvonne was extremely personable and great at responding immediately to any questions we had. Let my partner and I check-in earlier as our situation was a little different before arrival. It felt as though we were the only ones on the property, very quiet and peaceful and she was more than accommodating to our needs and plans. Also incredibly clean, we definitely recommend this stay!

The place was just as pictured. Ryan was super helpful with questions. It is very conveniently located to area events and restaurants. We rented a jet ski and loved spending time on the water. We highly recommend this place! We hope to be back.
