Prachtig appartement met groot terras op heerlijke locatie. Alle voorzieningen waren goed. Beetje ingewikkelde codes om binnen te komen. We konden er direct in, al om 12 uur ipv 16 uur, wat erg handig was. Communicatie verliep voortreffelijk.

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

Mar's apartment was exactly as advertised and we were delighted with it. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with lovely views over the pool area from a delightful terrace. Instructions on how to get there, plus masses of information on amenities within the apartment and complex, plus information on the local area, places to visit and restaurants to eat were just perfect. Mar was extremely responsive in all the communication we had and we really can't thank her enough for allowing us to enjoy a perfect visit to Denia and the Denia area as a whole. We would thoroughly recommend Mar's apartment and finally, it's proximity to the Marina, Port and Sea Front made it the ideal place to stay. Huge thanks! Don & Roberto

Mieszkanie było świetne – super czyste, nowocześnie urządzone i bardzo dobrze wyposażone, łącznie z rzeczami przydatnymi na plażę. Sprzęty i meble wysokiej jakości, wszystko dopracowane w każdym szczególe. Baseny na terenie obiektu czyste, z krystaliczną wodą – świetne doświadczenie. Gospodarz bardzo miły, uprzejmy, zaangażowany i w stałym kontakcie – czuć, że naprawdę zależy mu na komforcie gości. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę w przyszłości!

Das Artico ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Nicht nur wegen der Lage, denn der weitläufige Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und einige Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Artico, mit seiner großen Terrasse und der zusätzlichen, geschützten Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich und überdurchschnittlich sauber, gepflegt und auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Ein besonderer Dank geht jedoch an die Vermieterin Astrid, die freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Ihre Tipps ersetzen fast einen Reiseführer. Vielen Dank dafür und Tschüss bis zum nächsten Mal.

We enjoyed a warm and helpful welcome from Soledad Ana. The apartment is extremely comfortable and location is convenient to the centre of old town Javea, with restaurants and a great food market. A longer walk or short drive to beach and stunning coastal walks.

We had a wonderful stay at Adam and Neil's house in Jávea. The home is even more beautiful than the photos — spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Adam and Neil were fantastic hosts. The location is also ideal — quiet and private. Would come back again and recommend this place without hesitation.

Absolutely amazing home! Great for a vacation, working remotely or cycling training. Spacious and conveniently located, yet peaceful and private. Fast wifi and very clean.

This lovely place is located in the serene foothills of the Montgó mountain. We enjoyed views of the mountain from the couch and the rooftop terrace. The peace was palpable. Elisa accepted a last minute same-day check in and gave us clear instructions to enter the property. She was available for anything we needed. This apartment is located just removed enough from the bustle of the city center, but close enough to access all amenities in minutes. We loved visiting organic cafe Con Alma, walking the lovely Paseo, having pizza at Casa Papat, getting organic groceries at Herbolario Navarro on the Paseo. The beach is very close by. Stars are beautifully visible at night. During the day we enjoyed eating meals in the private, lovely outdoor terrace area. Elisa accommodated our toddler and our two cats during our stay. My husband adored this apartment for all the reasons mentioned and more and would have loved to stay longer. Would visit and stay here again. Highly recommend.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Vor allem die Dachterasse ist ein Traum! Es gab in der Wohnung alles was man benötigt und es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Maria und Viktor lief auch total reibungslos. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass man an einem sehr touristischen Spot lebt, wo viele Menschen vorbeikommen und Fotos machen. Tagsüber ist es also die meiste Zeit lauter, was uns nicht groß gestört hat, da wir unterwegs waren. Danke!

Sehr schönes und komfortables Ferienhaus mit einem wunderbaren Pool Sehr sauber und für alle Eventualitäten ausgestattet. Unser Sohn hatte die Einliegerwohnung im Obergeschoß mit separaten Eingang für sich alleine. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück - durch Schiebetor gut abgesichert, allerdings verweigerte die Automatik für das Tor nach 1Woche den Dienst, also per Hand auf und zu machen. Außerdem verläuft vor dem Grundstück eine Straße die in der Woche doch häufig befahren wird , auch weil in unmittelbarer Nähe die Müllcontainer stehen. Der Strand ist in 15-20min fußläufig bequem zu erreichen . Die Costa Blanca bzw. die Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind sauber und breit, so dass in der Hauptsaison genügend Platz für alle ist. Aldi, Lidl, Consum sind mit Auto in 5min erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage waren wir in 1 h in Valencia aber auch in Alicante, was ich nur jedem empfehlen kann. Sehenswert auch die umliegenden Städtchen wie Denia, Altea, Benidorm usw.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. A very spacious place with plenty of spaces to hang out and enjoy with friends and family. The host also received us kindly and helped us in everything we needed.

We had a great time at José’s apartment. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the roof terrace was a great bonus with sun on it all day. The location was perfect for walking into the centre of Denia and it’s attractions as well as being in an area that was full of local cafes, bars and shops that represented the real life Denia. It’s a bit tricky to park outside the apartment but worse case you can park for free 5 minutes walk away. We will certainly return to the apartment in the future and highly recommend it.

encantada con la el lugar y la experiencia

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Apartamento muy cómodo con todos los útiles y comodidades para realizar una escapada y sólo preocuparte de disfrutar. Ubicación inmejorable, especialmente si vas con niños pequeños ya que al tratarse de una zona residencial se puede disfrutar del aire libre y la piscina. Muchas gracias Gonzalo y Marta por vuestra amabilidad y atención en todo momento. Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Wohnung von Iris verbracht. Es war alles von A -Z wunderbar. Iris ist eine äusserst herzliche und freundliche Frau. Zur Ankunft: Wir durften etwas früher einchecken und Iris hat uns mit Blumen empfangen. Das war sehr nett. In der Küche hat Iris uns Wasser bereitgestellt, auch das ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Wohnung liegt in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage mit Pool. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Nachbarn allesamt sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles da was man zum Leben benötigt. Iris hat uns sogar einen Milchaufschäumer zur Verfügung gestellt :-) Wir sind viel zu Fuss von der Wohnung ans Meer gelaufen, es sind ca. 15 Minuten. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank Iris!

Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermé , Carmen a été réactive très gentille. L’appartement est magnifique propre et Très bien située. C’est un coup de cœur pour nous. Merci Carmen pour ce fabuleux Airbnb.
