A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Excellent place to spend a few quiet days and rest. The environment is beautiful and offers you possibilities to stroll and enjoy the area. The views are spectacular and it is very close to a couple of very nice coves as well. Definitely worth it

You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise, the air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

A gorgeous place, with beautiful views looking over the bay. Nice walks around the area, restaurants in walking distance but felt private and relaxed, a lovely choice of beeches. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and really hope to return!

Very cozy apartment in a very quiet development. The wonderful views, to enjoy beyond the summer. For children, highly recommended for easy access to the beach, park and pool. A 10.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

The apartment is newly renovated and is very comfortable and practical.

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!

I just got back from this beautiful apartment where I spent a weekend with a friend. Unbeatable location if you want peace and quiet (although Denia is 8 minutes away) and with everything you need to feel at home. Direct access to the beach from the small and family-friendly development, which also has a clean and beautiful saltwater pool. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Jordi is always attentive, thank you very much for everything. Definitely a place to enjoy and repeat.

Spacious and beautiful house with stunning views. Luxury, equipped with slender comforts and the elevator upstairs is a great solution for those who have difficulty walking.

We have stayed at ilka’s please for the third time we love the location easy access to the beach in one minute beautiful courtyard and gardens sunny balconies, and close to everything you wanna do in a beachfront property. Look forward to seeing again thanks again to everyone for a great experience.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. Great balcony and amenities within the apartment made for a very nice stay for the month of May. You do need a car and, as the advert says there are quite a lot of steps to access the apartment. Nuria is an excellent host and is very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. We just had a very good stay at Joan and Manuela's. The accommodation is exactly as described, it is ideal for a family of 3 or 4 people. Very well equipped, very clean, no need to load suitcases, there are even beach games for children! Ideally located: 3 min walk there is a supermarket and a parapharmacy, 2 min from restaurants (including a very good one recommended by Manuela) and the fine sandy beach at the foot of the residence. We will most certainly return to this property.

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend
