Holiday rentals with beach access in Del Monte Forest

I would surely book this place again. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The location was great for walking and also a easy close drive to Nicene Marks Forest for a lovely hike. Communication was very pleasant and quick. Loved this stay.

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

Awesome stay at Fidel’s place. Check in was easy and the included parking was great. Loved that the parking included a sign with my name to indicate the correct spot. Everything in the apartment was super clean. Bed was very comfortable. Laundry being included was also very convenient and an excellent amenity. We also really enjoyed the Simpson’s game. Would love to stay again!

The house is off the beach but a 2 min walk to the coast. We really enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores in Pacific Grove. Very short, easy drive to Asimolar State Beach and the Monterrey Aquarium.

Had a wonderful stay at this gem right in the heart of Capitola 💎 The location was unbeatable - just steps away from the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely stay here again on our next coastal getaway!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Quiet, peaceful, quaint apartment. Felt very cozy & welcoming. Good location to explore Monterey & surrounding area. Full kitchen, comfy bed, very tasteful antique decor. Lovely courtyard, felt very safe. Street parking. Leo’s is a very responsive host.

Nice hot tub and gas fireplace which we enjoyed every night! Our son is a surfer so we walked a couple blocks to the bluff to watch him. Great restaurants in the area and sites (surfing museum) to see. Abbot Square was a good venue to eat and enjoy music.

The home is amazing for families of small children. We had 6 adults and 3 kids under 2. Meli provided strollers, high chairs, booster seats, kids plates and cups, and more. It was very easy for a Family vacation. We would happily stay again.

This home was the perfect home away from home for our family vacation. It’s set back just enough to feel private, safe, and quiet. The open layout was ideal for keeping us connected as a family, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, easy to get to everything, which is especially important when there’s so much to explore. There are also great casual dining options close by, which made mealtime simple and stress-free. We had such a special stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing, and convenient home base for their trip.

We selected the home to celebrate a 60th birthday with siblings. It was perfect for our group of five. We walked (and ran) on the beach, did puzzles, made meals together, and spent quality time just hanging out. Kitchen has everything one could need. Plenty of supplies. Clear instructions and expectations. We’d absolutely return.

We had a fabulous time at the historic Pink House! It’s better than pictured with its historic charm (incredible stained glass windows throughout) and modern comforts - everything we needed including a fully appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds, and a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and just a very short walk away from many restaurants (we loved Passion Fish), Lover’s Point (we definitely enjoyed watching the otters eat) and the waterfront walk/bike trail. We were there for the Big Sur marathon and it was a great location for that - just 7 minutes from the Monterey Conference Center and downtown Monterey. We loved all of the books detailing the history of the home. Communication was amazing - we’ll definitely stay here again if we’re in the area! Snag this spot if it’s available - you won’t be disappointed.

Truly beautiful home, everything modern and up-to-date. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a Kuerig coffee maker. The bathrooms were very clean and had ample towels and amenities. The three bedrooms were equivalent, so that if three couples come or three friends, nobody feels that they lost out. The beds were very comfortable and felt luxurious. The Monterey aquarium, restaurants, and even Carmel, were a short driving distance. I would highly recommend this house if you are visiting the area.

This was the perfect location to explore the town. The house was well put together. The host was very responsive and very kind. I would come here again, if I get to visit the area in the future :)

Really enjoyed the central location and proximity to the beach, but also how secluded / quiet the house felt. The large sliding doors and large deck backed up to trees/nature was the highlight! Also the EV charger was a nice addition since we forgot to charge the car before heading out for the weekend.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Peaceful welcoming and instantly felt comfortable and at ease! The hosts have taken care to provide thier guests with the cleanest nicest and most accommodating space. We will keep coming back!

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn't do it justice - all the upgrades were well worth it and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My was very responsive and helpful. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

Lisa was very friendly and responsive. She not only provided clear instructions, flexible check-in, but also shared many great local dinning options, which were super helpful for our family of five. The condo was kept spotless with comfortable king size bed, bunkbed that my boys love, a beautiful swirling love seat that my daughter loved to sit in while watching sea birds catching fish using the binocular provided! Our family specifically loved the fireplace on the balcony. It was just perfect for us to enjoy the cozy night chatting and laughing by the fire while listening to the ocean waves NorCal beaches can be very chilling at night. The outdoor fireplace is such a thoughtful amenity. THANK YOU, Lisa!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.
