Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

Came up for my sister's wedding and Xin's place was so perfect for me, my boyfriend and our little Frenchie. Lots of beautiful beaches close by to drive to and such a nice and beautiful neighborhood. If I ever find my way back out there I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything Xin!!!

Bob and Shar are graceful hosts. They are very welcoming and share their home with guests. The home is well divided so I felt like I had private space while also being with them and their two dogs in their home. The location has easy access from the highway and felt private and safe. They were very responsive to feedback and eager to make my stay enjoyable. I was attending a workshop so was only there in the evenings. There are plenty of restaurants in Marina with a diversity of ethnic options and they provided a decent sized refrigerator to hold left overs and other things that I needed. Overall it was a great place to come back to at the end of a long day!

If you’re looking for a private getaway close to the Lodge and all that Pebble Beach has to offer, this is the spot. Such a peaceful quite location. At the top of the hill, yet you can still faintly hear sea lions barking down at Bird Rock.

Great stay. The patio was fantastic to sit out on and enjoy the beautiful weather. The home had everything we needed. The home was located near great bars and restaurants, only 10-15 min to Carmel and Monterey! I loved the short walk down to the beach at 17 mile drive

This room is exactly how it is described and has everything you need for your stay and more. It is Very clean and has a mini fridge, bathroom complete with hairdryer and soaps, 2 sinks(one on bath and one in room) and comfortable beds. The common space is clean and has large refrigerators/freezers, a hall bath, an area for eating/cooking and plenty of seating for working, playing games, reading whatever you like. There is also nice outdoor seating to socialize outside. Parking is in adjacent lot and very convenient. It was quiet during sleeping hours and on site staff was personable and always asking if there was anything you needed. All doors have access codes. But really the BEST thing is the amazing location. All the best sites in Monterey are walkable. Perfect for visits to The Cannery, the aquarium, shops, and restaurants. If you are looking to leave the area you are a short drive to Carmel, 17 mile drive, and Big Sur hiking areas. If in the area again I would stay here.
