Monthly Rentals in Dawes Point

We had a great family reunion in a great place to stay. It was nice and clean with a great location. It is walkable to the opera house, bridge, rocks, and circular quay. Would stay there again on a return trip to Sydney.

This was a great place to stay if you want to check out Sydney. I had a big group and this house accommodated us easily. There were enough kitchen supplies, big kitchens, and enough rooms. All the tourist place is close by. Penny was a great host, checking in on us and being responsive. The only issues I had was that this house, you can hear everything easily outside and it got loud at night during the weekend. It may be due to Vivid too because everyone was walking and parking near we stayed at. Due to the house being old, there were open cracks below the door to hear everything. And a fyi for people booking, the washer and dryer is outside the house. So when it rains, it does make it complicated. That didn't affect our rating though but wanted to keep that in mind for others.

Good apartment in a great location. Everything was as described. Suzanna was very helpful and immediately responded to all questions/enquiries.

What an incredible place, in a fantastic location, in a beautiful city. The hostess could not have been more accommodating, Suzanna replied extremely quickly to any question or query that arose. The accommodation was extremely good value for money, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to other travellers.
