Beautiful beachfront condo in Hollywood, FL with an amazing view—perfect for a relaxing getaway!

This place was perfect for what we needed! We have a one year old and for the three of us the accommodations were perfect. There was a pack n play there for us to use & it was a quiet complex so bedtime & nap time were perfect! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the stores nearby were super helpful. The pool alone made this stay worth it for us..and the kitchen had everything we would need from pots/ pans to utensils..We will certainly be back! & the property manager and his dog Lexi were so kind!!

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Liliana was a great host. Everything was exactly how it was advertised. On arrival the lobby of the building was a little shabby but once i got to the elevator it was great! The apartment was nice and clean. Cleaning staff was great too! I had everything i needed in the apartment plus an amazing view. Thanks again!

This beautiful and cozy home was everything we hoped for and more. The location couldn't have been better — close to everything yet peaceful and private, with absolutely stunning views that made every morning and evening feel magical. The interior was tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. What truly made the stay exceptional were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality did not go unnoticed! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free retreat. We can't wait to come back!

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

My stay was for a solo get away and this space could not have been more perfect. The private outdoor space and beautifully equipped indoor spaces made it easy to safely and comfortably unwind. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the beach. Being able to borrow the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made it even easier to enjoy my stay. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a place to with luxury, comfort and convenience.

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.
