Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Dania Beach

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

Great location, amazing host who was just the right amount of communicative, followed up when he said he would, and gave very clear well thought out instructions. The house is simply furnished but very tastefully and everything in excellent condition. It’s the lap of luxury but it’s definitely far above most. There was a lot of room inside except maybe if you wanted multiple people in the kitchen at one time. The one thing that was missing for me was a tv in the bedroom which would have been ideal. The grounds and pool were beautiful and easy to access. Didn’t see another guest the entire time

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Overall it was great, the view and access to the beach are really what make this place worth it! Dawn was responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy and provided a lot of information. Very walkable to the the main tourist pier area. My in-laws and their friends enjoyed their stay. The only complaint they had was that the restroom needs a lock. Definitely needs some updating and the building directly behind is a bit of an eyesore but it is worth the price for the private access to the beach alone and how welcoming Dawn is.

The best Airbnb ever! Perfect place to stay with family and have a peaceful time. This is house is just stunning and modern, huge kitchen, amazing swimming pool! I didn’t want to leave this place, first time in my life I feel so comfortable in an Airbnb. I highly recommend this place. Mike was an amazing and responsive host! Maria’s house was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean and clearly newly renovated — everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. You can tell she takes great care of the home. It had all the essentials and more. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would love to book again. We didn’t realize how far out it was from South Beach but it was worth coming back to every night. Really enjoyed the pool. I was shocked to see the number of iguanas that patrolled the area in the morning but that isn’t a complaint. The hosts provided basic necessities for us. They were very responsive when we needed them especially come check out. 10000000 / 5 star rating for me.

If you are looking for a home away from the hustle of the beaches but close enough to drive to, this is your place. Quiet neighborhood, 20 minutes from the airport and Lauderdale by the Sea, less than an hour from Miami. The home resembles the pictures quite a bit. They have strategically utilized every piece of the outside space, and we were comfortable using most of it. The only space we couldn’t enjoy was the outside movie area—only because we couldn’t get over our fear of the lizards and iguanas that hung out in the yard. They didn’t bother us; we were just scary! They were beautiful to observe. On a scale of 10: master bedrooms 10, queen bedroom and twin bedroom 9, hall bathroom 7, kitchen and it’s amenities 9, living room 8, inside dining area 10, pool area 10, hammock/lounge chair area 9, grill 10, outside eating space 10, sauna 10, workout area 8. Add to that a super kind host. Needless to say, we will come back again!

A very nice place Large and clean rooms, well-stocked and functional kitchen. The pool area was really nice, especially for the children. We had a problem with the light in the living room which wasn't addressed, I felt that some places in the house could have been cleaner, and the neighborhood didn't feel entirely safe, though that was just a personal impression. All in all, it offered good value for the price.

Beautiful home, very easy to get in touch with the host. The propane tank on the grill was empty and we had a replacement within an hour. The pool and hot tub were great too!

We had an amazing weekend at Dana's condo. It's a wonderful unit and we definitely recommend it! We door-dashed groceries and cooked most of our meals, the full kitchen is great and that saved a lot of money. We ate at the bar downstairs for dinner one night. We skipped the pricey breakfast buffet and cooked our own breakfast. The view was simply amazing! The spacious balcony stole the show. We used the beach chairs and arrived at the beach a little before 8 am so we could be in the front row. The pool isn't super special, but it was nice to take a dip in. There's a review that mentions a ledge on the beach- there is a slight ledge, but it's maybe 2 ft or so. It's not bad. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, which might be why the construction next door wasn't going on. I can't speak to the noise. It was a bit of an eye sore, but also did not ruin the trip at all. We would definitely come back!

Luci was an incredible host and her space is beautifully located on the residences side at the W hotel. We will be back! :)

I will definitely be back! This was the smoothest air bnb process i’ve ever experienced. The host was extremely responsive even though I checked in pretty late which was super appreciated. P.S. The views are incredible! I can’t wait to return for longer next time.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

Super hosts, the condominium is nice, it has all the amenities, the beach is quiet and safe, a lot of shopping centers nearby; it takes a little while to bring the car the valet parking (which is included in the payment) but it is a matter of getting organized. I would return a thousand times

We had a wonderful stay! Location was ideal near restaurants and shopping. Amenities were wonderful and the host was very responsive and helpful!

Finally a 5 ft pool and it was beautiful. We came in early with no sleep and Diego managed to get us an early check in. We couldn’t be more grateful. FYI check in by the front desk. Ask them where and what spots to park when you get the keys upstairs. I was in a rush to stop and read the house manual because I just wanted to check in and go to bed. Will definitely stay again. Also pool access 4th floor and I think gym.
