The unit is exactly how pictured. A short drive to Hollywood Beach. I wish we had time to explore the neighborhood but we were always on the go, driving around between Miami and Sunset FL. Area a very closed to the FLL airport. Jay is a very responsive and helpful host.

This place was perfect! Spotless clean, beautifully decorated, very modern and literally steps from a beautiful beach! You can’t beat being this close to the ocean and parking right outside your door. It was PERFECT! 100% highly recommend!

Great stay the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in process was easy and the home looks exactly as pictured. Very clean , spacious and great amenities. I would def recommend staying here and I will be staying again in the future!

My family and I had an amazing stay here. Dorys and Adriana were both so kind, accommodating and easy to reach. The home is beautiful, very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It was a perfect home away from home and had everything we needed and more. Lots of towels, dishes and even an umbrella with chairs for the beach. We would happily stay here again. I stayed at Claudia’s cottage from May 29th to June 3rd, and it was a wonderful experience. The space was spotless and very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Claudia was incredibly responsive and made me feel right at home. One of the best parts was being able to bring my dog, who also felt calm and comfortable throughout the stay. The cottage had all the main amenities I needed, and I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Navinchy’s place is ideal to stay in Hollywood and move around. The building is high end and people at the lobby are lovely! The apartment is well decorated and has great finishes. Only downside is the kitchen that is not well equipped to properly cook (really cheap cookware). Overall we enjoyed a lot our stay and I recommend this apartment.

This place was perfect for what we needed! We have a one year old and for the three of us the accommodations were perfect. There was a pack n play there for us to use & it was a quiet complex so bedtime & nap time were perfect! It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and the stores nearby were super helpful. The pool alone made this stay worth it for us..and the kitchen had everything we would need from pots/ pans to utensils..We will certainly be back! & the property manager and his dog Lexi were so kind!!

Marvin’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was spotless and exactly as described. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. All the listed amenities were available and in great condition. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.

The home was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It smelled clean as soon as we walked in. I loved the kitchen utensils and appliances. There were very minor things that needed to be taken care of, but I would definitely stay again.
