The unit features a private deck off the back balcony overlooking Lake Monona with a slight glance to the right being the state Capital! In unit full kitchen, washer/dryer and refrigerator. Parking included on site (spot A-727) Unit is cleaned thoroughly including duvet covers /use of clorox bleach in high traffic areas as well as hand sanitizers upon entry to the unit per new city guidelines. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? Yahara River paradise!

Fantastic 2 bedroom waterfront home on a dead end street, with beautiful views of the Yahara River, yet only 25 minutes from downtown Madison. Serene, quiet, and teeming with cranes, eagles, osprey, beaver, deer, turkey and turtles! Spend a day floating in a kayak or fish off our pier, as the river has almost no motorized boat traffic, averages 2-5 feet deep, and has a very slow current. You will love to sit out on our brick patio with firepit and watch the water as the sun goes down.
