Numerous great bars/restaurants nearby and its in the middle of everything fantastic Madison has to offer! With easy access to downtown, The Sylvee, Epic, State Street, Camp Randall, Kohl Center, west/east side, airport and everything in between. Stay in your own private 3 BR, 2 bathroom section of our lakefront downtown home. Not only will you have lake access, but you'll be steps away from amazing restaurants. In addition to being in the Willy Street neighborhood, we are on the bike path and a short walk to anywhere downtown. Don't feel like going out? Take a hot tub, sauna, kayak/paddleboard, have a cup of coffee on the dock, or roast marshmallows by the campfire. Or rent our pontoon (Friday through Sunday) for an additional fee.

Sweet beach front on Lake Koshkonong w/large house

This roomy house is located right on the shore of Lake Koshkonong. It has a wonderful pier during the summer, it's a sandy walk into the lake, and has views that will take your breath away. There is a large bedroom and a HUGE bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and with the open floor plan, the kitchen, dining room, family room, and living room all have gorgeous views of the lake. There is also a big deck to sit and watch the water from, with deck furniture and a grill.

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. A brand new kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.
