We loved this place! Beautiful apartment with high quality furnishings and very comfortable beds and everything about this place was luxurious. The hot tub is definitely worth the extra charge it's positioned perfectly on the top terrace with stunning views night and day. The beach is great very clean and safe we did paddle boarding and swimming every day. We can't wait to return 😊

We had a wonderful stay in Villajoyosa. The morning view from the terrace directly to the sea was incredibly relaxing and started the day perfectly. It was especially nice to hear the gentle lapping of the waves at night - it created a very special atmosphere. The accommodation itself was spacious and well equipped, so we felt very comfortable. The only minor criticism was the cleanliness: Upon our arrival, hair from the previous owner was on the floor, but it was promptly removed after our feedback. There were also some spots on the sofa, which was a bit of a shame, but overall that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are on vacation here, you should definitely have a car or rent one to reach the beautiful sandy beaches, explore the surroundings and get to different restaurants. We would definitely visit again!

A wonderful apartment!!! Unbeatable location overlooking the sea and pool on a very quiet beach. The apartment has everything, including a covered terrace where you can eat while watching the sea. Alfonso was super friendly and recommended many places to go and was always looking out for us. Would definitely go back again.

My wife and I stayed at Inge's house for a wedding weekend along with two other couples, and it was one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. We've just returned from a half-term break at Lydia's bungalow. On arrivale it was clear that Lydia had thought of everything and was extremely wecloming - ice-creams for the kids, beers and nibbles for adults, floaties in the pool and beach towels as well as pool / bath towels. The bungalow is very well equipped, made us feel like we don't have enough crockery at home...There is plenty of outside seating and the pool was fantastic for the kids. The location is very convenient in a peaceful gated community. The local supermarket is 400yds walk and the beach and many restaurants was less than 10 minutes walk. It was our first time to Xabia and we weren't dissappointed, plenty to do within walking distance of the property.

We were 4 couples with small children aged 0-2 years. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were looking out for us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

We had an incredible time with the family. Very comfortable apartment with all the tools and amenities to make a getaway and just worrying about enjoying. Unbeatable location, especially if you are going with young children as being a residential area you can enjoy the outdoors and the pool. I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We had a great time in Denia. All amenities were present in the apartment and the bed was very nice! After some searching around, we discovered a very nice street with restaurants in Denia and also in the harbor there were plenty of good and cozy restaurants.

We appreciated the new air conditioning installation and the apartment is as fantastic as before…clean, comfortable, centrally located and quick access to St.Antoni beach. A pleasure to stay in beautiful Cullera again, thanks Conor for recommending taxis, restaurants and our day trip to Gandía on the train. We highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.
