The stay in the house was very good. It perfectly matched the photos. The communication with the host was very agile and the location was excellent, a few meters from the entrance to the beach.

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

It is a very nice house located very close to the sea, in the Rotes area, the most beautiful in my opinion of Denia. AItor was very attentive, with a great explanation upon arrival of the house, punctual and polite. The house met all expectations, both with the description with what we were looking for . My wife and I have had a great time, in the house, on the beaches, in the restaurants. In short, everything was excellent and I congratulate Aitor on knowing how to have such a beautiful space with excellent communication. A whole 10 !!! We will repeat for sure ... we already have our house in Denia !!!!

Very nice and well-equipped house in a very quiet place. The outdoor area with pool is perfect for summer evenings. Ger has been very attentive to anything we might need.

We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

The house speaks for itself, look at the pictures and you’ll know what to expect! What I would consider to be important is that everything is ULTRA clean and tidy. Not one dirty corner, everything was perfect. ALMARINA is absolutely professional and the team is extremely nice. This was a great experience and I can only recommend.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. We were very comfortable in this home. The place is cozy, everything was very clean and well kept. The towels were spotless and with a very pleasant aroma. In addition, Teresa had several details, such as leaving us coffee for breakfast, new scouring and cloth and personal care products such as gels, which is very much appreciated. Everything corresponded perfectly with what the listing indicated. Without question, a highly recommended stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

Antoni's place perfectly met our expectations. It's easy to park nearby with always space even during this period in August. The accommodation is very well arranged and equipped with its main room and bathroom. The terrace is also a plus for breakfast and then for the aperitif and evening meal. it is difficult to stay there at lunchtime🌞. This is one of the best Airbnbs we've rented so far. 😁 We thank Antoni for the promptness of the answers and the cleanliness of the accommodation.👍

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

The stay with Lucia was an absolute 10/10. Starting with the communication before my trip to Gandia, which was outstanding. The apartment itself has an outstanding location. Walking distance to the beach. The apartment is well furnished, very very cozy and cannot be beat in terms of cleanliness. We were even put various soft drinks and milk in the fridge for the stay. In addition, some things for breakfast (toast bread, marmalade,...) were available. We were greeted with chocolate bunnies, Roche, and other sweet attentions. During the stay, Lucia was always available and went out of her way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Check-in / check-out is very easy, no matter what time you arrive. Price unbeatable for an apartment of this type (we were from 25-04. May on site) Simply a feel-good oasis and an absolute recommendation!!!!

John is just the nicest, most helpful and friendly guy. He showed us all 3 apartments and they are all fabulous. So well designed and stylishly decorated and furnished. The location is superb and it is so soothing hearing the waves at night and feeling the gentle sea breeze. We have travelled a lot over the years but this must be one of the best placed we’ve ever stayed at.
