Holiday rentals with beach access in Cushing

As described! Located right behind Farnsworth Museum and walking distance to Main St. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Rosemary was very prompt in responding to questions. We had total privacy with easy parking. Nice upper deck for breakfast and a sitting area in the yard below. Main bed was super comfy. There’s a daybed in living room. (However, the daybed mattress may not be comfy for an adult.)

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I had a wonderful stay at Susan’s apartment - I’d highly recommend it! The space was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of walkable spots to explore. Susan was a top-notch host - friendly, communicative, gave wonderful recommendations, and just an all around lovely person.

Dear Julie - We had a fantastic time in Maine, the people were lovely and your place was absolutely perfect! All new, so clean, private bedrooms, a hot shower after a day of hiking at Acadia, et cetera, et cetera. You have every single detail covered from the kitchen to the bathroom. I was in need of nothing and really had to think to provide some constructive feedback, and here it is. A vegetable steamer basket would be a great addition. Haha, that's it. Sooooo glad we stayed in Ellsworth instead of Bar harbor. Don't get me wrong, Bar Harbor is beautiful right by the ocean, but it's a bit too touristy for me, and the inflated restaurant prices are hard to endure. A 25 minute drive from Ellsworth put us at the loop road entrance to Acadia, so simple. We spent Saturday night at The Black Moon Public House whooping it up with locals to live music by the band T.O.M.B. Perfect week, perfect ending. If you read this and need a place to stay, book it. You'll be glad you did.

Great stay! Location is perfect for everything we wanted to do, be by the water, stay right next to downtown, and a short walk from our tour with Eco Adventures. Furniture was very comfortable and everything was clean. Great restaurants in the area. Would return back!

This was a gorgeous place. Belfast was a cute little town not far away. We enjoyed eating at Rollies Bar and Grilland walking around town. Hannaford grocery store was close with average prices. We had approximately 1 1/2 hour drive when we visited Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor which were exceptional. We enjoyed the food at Geddys and Bar Harbor Inn. We also traveled to Owls head lighthouse and hiked through Camden State Park. This was a nice location we enjoyed our stay.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! Beautiful home and great communication from the host! The beds were comfortable, the views were amazing and all of the extras like spices, cooking supplies, shampoo and body wash made us feel right at home! You will not be disappointed in this home- the value was amazing!!! We had a very memorable stay for my mother’s birthday, thank you!

Very aesthetically pleasing. Big, love the open concept. Super conveniently close to the ferry yet very private and quiet. Hot tub and sauna are an amazing plus! Great deck with comfy furniture, grill and outside eating table. Lots of room. Gregory was very communicative and responsive. Lives right on premises, but gives you your space. Trying to figure how to make it an annual family gathering place.

Our experience at this enchanting old house was truly wonderful. The interior was cozy, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our group appreciated the ample space and the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the host was responsive throughout our stay. Please note, the shower is compact and the stairs are steep, which might not suit those with mobility challenges.

A little slice of heaven on earth. Very private and beautiful spot on the water. Close enough to town but off the beaten path. Rustic in all the best ways. My dog absolutely loved it.

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Dave is a great host and was very helpful and flexible when it came to our check in time. We definitely recommend his place and will be back soon! Thank you Dave!
