Townhome holiday rentals in Cumberland River

The location and stay were perfect for the area to visit family while also have a genuine getaway to decompress and enjoy the insurmountable hiking trails and scenery. The peacefulness of the space was amazing and created a wonderful opportunity to rest.

Such a cute little place and in a good location that’s not too far from the zoo, Broadway, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again for our next Nashville trip!

What a beautiful home. Look exactly like the pictures and was way bigger then I had expected. Taylor was super friendly and gave great information and instructions. Will definitely stay here again when back in town.

Outstanding job David! I was impressed with David’s communication from beginning to end. He is a consummate professional! The townhouse was very clean and had everything that my friends and I needed. The area was nice and quiet and was 2 miles from downtown. My friends and I were all in agreement that we will use David’s townhouse again. I am a 27 year retired military veteran, and I was impressed with David’s attention to detail. We had a wonderful time staying at Jennifer's place. Very quiet neighborhood. She was very responsive and has everything you need to cook in the kitchen. There is plenty of room and a nice backyard and porch to sit outside and drink morning coffee. Nice linens and bathroom accessories. It is in town and a Kroger's almost within walking distance but doesn't feel like you are. We visited the Amish in Ethridge. We will stay again if ever in the area.

This home was probably one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the comfortable beds!

There is simply too much to say, so I’ll let the other reviews, description, and photo speak for themselves. We absolutely felt comfortable and spoiled in this luxurious townhome. It was completely spotless but certainly not sterile feeling - it was warm and cozy and truly felt like home, and beyond. Having a roomy garage was a huge perk as well. I would be remiss not to mention that all of this was possible for us because of the passion, clarity, vision, friendliness, and attention to detail Abby and Frederico put into this AirBnB. And truly, it was a great value for everything provided. Highly recommended and will be back!

The location was perfect for activities at MTSU- less than 5 minutes! Neighborhood is quiet. Central location to restaurants and other entertainment. The property was exactly how pictured. Sooo cute! Very clean! Comfortable beds and extra blankets. Always thankful for full length mirrors and coffee!

We stay here each time we visit. Clean, affordable, and truly pet free. Our child has never had a reaction here like we get in some hotels in which dogs are allowed. This is our go to place in Clarksville.

We had a lovely time. The condo was beautiful. It had a nice open living room, that was great. The Agave restaurant down the street has the best quesadillas I’ve ever had in my life! John recommended them and he couldn’t have been more accurate. John was also very quick to respond from the moment I booked the airbnb. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are in Nashville, especially if you need a location very close to the airport!

Jennifer is amazing! She is very responsive and helpful. We celebrated my sister’s birthday and she went above and beyond to make it special. The house is great!

We had a great time staying here for my friend’s bachelorette! The place looked just like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. While the location isn’t right by Broadway, it was only a short Uber ride away, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The rooftop was definitely a highlight and a perfect spot to celebrate. The only small suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses on the lower bunk beds for added comfort. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay at one of Harley’s properties again!

Kate’s place was easily accessible and just as the photos looked. The included parking was super easy and huge bonus. It was quiet and super easy to get to downtown Nashville. Walkable if you want.

Had to find last minute accomodations in Nashville and so glad our group found this place. A hub of restaurants nearby and not to far from all of the festivities on Broadway. Highly recommend Ashley's unit for a group traveling to Nashville. She was very communicative, welcoming and provided clear and very helpful directions on finding the place. Will definitely be booking with her again when I'm back in Nashville!

Very comfortable and convenient if you're visiting Nashville. Lots of comfortable spaces and helpful amenities. It's 3 floors so think about stairs if you have someone with mobility issues. The location is surrounded by other rentals where visitors tend to party into the night. Not bad for us, but not everyone's cup of tea.

my tennis team (almost all in our thirties or early forties) stayed here for a tournament and it was just what we needed! clean, relaxing, beautiful, comfy. it was in the perfect location for us. Melissa was so responsive and went above and beyond to be supportive of us as a team. very close to lots of great restaurants in the Town, square and MTSU.

This Airbnb was amazing , welcoming , clean , and made me and my family very satisfied. We will be staying here again. We would also recommend this place to anyone if they are in Nashville Tennessee.

Stayed at Addison’s place for 4 nights. Would highly recommend! Close to Broadway, close to local shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Very clean and convenient.
