The location and stay were perfect for the area to visit family while also have a genuine getaway to decompress and enjoy the insurmountable hiking trails and scenery. The peacefulness of the space was amazing and created a wonderful opportunity to rest.

Perfect for my family of 12. My dad had surgery at Vanderbilt and location was perfect for us to go between here and the hospital. Very handy to restaurants and stores. Overall a good experience.

Such a cute little place and in a good location that’s not too far from the zoo, Broadway, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again for our next Nashville trip!

Outstanding job David! I was impressed with David’s communication from beginning to end. He is a consummate professional! The townhouse was very clean and had everything that my friends and I needed. The area was nice and quiet and was 2 miles from downtown. My friends and I were all in agreement that we will use David’s townhouse again. I am a 27 year retired military veteran, and I was impressed with David’s attention to detail. Great place & super close to my son. Comfy bed & everything was spotless. Adam has coffee k cups which was a plus & sugar options for those that like sweet coffee. He also has a few bottles of water for the Keurig or to drink. As as long as you can do without a tv this is a great place to stay.. Thanks for the super clean accommodations Adam!!!

The stay was great. Check-in was extremely simple and straightforward and the instructions were clear and easily understood. The home was really nice. Very clean and modern and stocked with all the necessities. Location is very close to downtown with lots of food options within a short drive. Andrew was extremely responsive and made it very easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were in town visiting family and the location was close to everything but set in a quiet neighborhood. Kai’s place was very clean, welcoming and very well stocked. Kai thought of everything; from toiletries, extra towels, blankets , charcoal for the grill to bottles of water and more. The house was nicely decorated and felt like home away from home we really enjoyed the back deck! Kai was also a great host. We didn’t need anything during our stay but she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

There is simply too much to say, so I’ll let the other reviews, description, and photo speak for themselves. We absolutely felt comfortable and spoiled in this luxurious townhome. It was completely spotless but certainly not sterile feeling - it was warm and cozy and truly felt like home, and beyond. Having a roomy garage was a huge perk as well. I would be remiss not to mention that all of this was possible for us because of the passion, clarity, vision, friendliness, and attention to detail Abby and Frederico put into this AirBnB. And truly, it was a great value for everything provided. Highly recommended and will be back!

Madison’s place was great! A great location in East Nashville, close to everything and a quick uber downtown. The home has everything you could need to be comfortable and Madison was a gracious host.

This place was SO nice! Looked exactly like the pictures but more spacious. It was super clean! Thoughtful snacks were provided and a book full of information was also set out on the counter. We also loved that we could park in the garage!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. Beautifully and uniquely decorated, this townhouse was so clean and worth the (slightly) extra distance from Crossville. Just perfect for a weekend away!

stayed here for bonnaroo and it was the perfect distance between the festival grounds and Nashville, and after the festival got canceled we ended up spending a lot of time in the house :’) but had no complaints as we loved our stay, it was very comfortable, we felt right at home!

We had a great time staying here for my friend’s bachelorette! The place looked just like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. While the location isn’t right by Broadway, it was only a short Uber ride away, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The rooftop was definitely a highlight and a perfect spot to celebrate. The only small suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses on the lower bunk beds for added comfort. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay at one of Harley’s properties again!

Vickie's place was great for the stay! The place is very spacious (2 queens and a king; the master room was huge), with an awesome rooftop, balcony, and common area! We were in town for a conference in the convention center. It was about a 15 min Uber ride to downtown for it. Vickie was communicative during the stay. A lot of cute touches, like the guestbook

This was my very first time using Airbnb and I must say my host were very wonderful! They communicated with me efficiently and was very informative about activities to do. My family and I was very pleased with our stay!! We definitely will be back again. If you haven’t already stayed you need to if you are looking for a place that is both peaceful and private.

Linda’s place was perfect..great location from the city quick 8 min uber ride. We got in earlier than expected and Linda was kind enough to give us an earlier check in. I will definitely stay here again

We had a lovely time. The condo was beautiful. It had a nice open living room, that was great. The Agave restaurant down the street has the best quesadillas I’ve ever had in my life! John recommended them and he couldn’t have been more accurate. John was also very quick to respond from the moment I booked the airbnb. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are in Nashville, especially if you need a location very close to the airport!

our family enjoyed staying at your place. The home felt comfortable and secure. We parked in the garage so there was no issue with vehicle security at night. We would definitely return.
