Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Cumberland River

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

Stayed here for CMA Fest 2025! 10/10 location. Very close to Broadway and not a bad walk to Nissan! Definitely would stay here again! My only complaint is the shower is not great. I am a shower snob and the water pressure was not very good. Bedroom bed was very comfortable as well as the roll away bed. Pull out couch bed was like any other pull out couch but slept great after a night on Broadway! It also came with a blow up mattress! All in all great place and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a close cool place for a weekend on Broadway!

The place was perfect for my bach party during Kentucky derby weekend. Especially with booking the top room as well. There was a door that combined both air bnbs. It was so helpful being able to go back and forth for both of my groups that were staying in their respective rooms. Amazing host no complaints on the stay what so ever. The only issue I ever see arising with this place is parking if you have people you don’t know stay in the other apartment. Definitely max of 4 cars fit in the driveway. And the sound levels for the bottom residents. But it is described in the description so if you complain about it then that’s on you for booking it knowing the situation. Loved the golf course right down the road. Good restaurants and walkable pizza shop and liquor store. Really was a great weekend with my friends and I thank Shaalim for being so responsive during the 10 months we communicated back and forth when I booked.

Great place!! So cute and close to all the fun of broadway but far enough away for peaceful sleep. The pool is amazing. Elizabeth is so responsive and very detailed. Would stay here again!!

Our host was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the Airbnb is AMAZING, almost everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and there were even complimentary snacks provided! I especially loved the great gym we had access to. Would definitely recommend this place.

We visited for the Railbird Festival and had a great time. Our dogs loved exploring the area. It was so quiet and peaceful. We even visited the local county fair.

The perfect spot for my pup and I to stay while visiting the area! Clean, comfortable, and safe. It was so nice enjoying coffee on the front porch. Amy was so friendly and helpful, and the space is well thought out.

Robins place is spectacular! Everything was squeaky clean and very comfortable. To say Robin(and her husband) are on top of making everything perfect is putting it mildly. Day one we contacted her about a broken chair on the covered porch, day3, her husband brought a whole different table and chairs! Robin was very responsive in all questions that I've had. Definitely book this house! You'll love every inch of it! We'll DEFINITELY be back. Thanks Robin (and Trace)!

Darling little house. Great backyard for traveling with dogs or just hanging out. Close to Vanderbilt University and several restaurants and a coffee shop. We walked to dinner. Thanks Bill!

James’ place was exactly what we needed in the middle of a long road trip. The communication was fantastic and above and beyond. He made sure we would have no issues getting into the house as we were arriving later in the evening. The home was extremely comfortable for our family, and everything was very clean (I even let my kid take a bath in the bathtub which I am often very skeptical of)! If we weren’t heading out camping, would’ve enjoyed staying longer. Will definitely remember if I ever need a stop in the area again.

Overall a great stay. Zach was very responsive and informative. It was a tad noisy during the day due to nearby residential construction and home repair. Not too much to do nearby, most businesses were over a mile walk and required transportation (Uber/Lyft). Again, overall a fine stay and appreciative of Zach for his responsive communication.

We loved our stay. The rooms and spaces were just what we needed. We loved the large patio and full walls of glass doors. The secured parking was an added bonus. We didn't use the pool, but it looked quite nice. Very quiet and private inside a very secured building. Courtney responded to every inquiry and was extremely easy to work with.

Great condo, spacious with a bed for each sister!! Full size amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Very cute and inviting. Beautiful view of the rolling river. Perfect location. Can’t wait to go back. Easy check in/out.

Tara is a great host. Responsive and helpful. Allowed an early check in. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the location is perfect. 12 min. to a store, coffee shop on the corner and 30 to town and less to entertainment. Great stay.

Went to Nashville with my daughter and mom. Gleicy’s place was perfect for us! Perfect location for walking around Nashville. So many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. Gleicy communicated everything we needed to know so there were no hiccups. Highly recommend!

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

It was everything and more! Felt like home from the moment we walked in! Provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The beds were so amazingly comfortable. Beautiful pool and ample space for all of us! When we return to Nashville we will definitely be returning here!!
