We have stayed in 3 locations in Nashville through this site, and this was the nicest for us. A little pricier, but such a great location, and well worth what you're getting. They provided all that we needed. Plenty of towels, general supplies, and very clean. It seemed like everything had been well thought out. We would definitely stay here again. Great place!

Patrick’s place was perfectly located to get to locations in the Green Hills area as well as Lake Radnor- it was comfortable and spacious and Patrick was super helpful when we needed anything! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

This was our second stay and we loved it. Did some fishing, walking and relaxing. Well worth the trip and looking forward to our third visit.

The host was very responsive when I had a question. Seems small, but I loved having the Brita water pitchers in the fridge.

We loved staying at Jessica’s place. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and being able to walk to down the street to get coffee. The house is decorated beautifully with antiques and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you, Jessica, for a great stay!

A great place to stay! Host was very communicative, and handled any issues with great professionalism and politeness. Uber finding the address was a little hit or miss as the property is tucked back. But, a simple message to the Uber driver, everything was fixed. Would defiantly stay again!

We stayed here while attending a nearby festival and found it to be exactly what we needed. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was perfect for a short stay where we primarily needed a good place to rest. The location was convenient, just a quick drive to the town square with several charming restaurants and shops. We appreciated the quiet, private surroundings and and cleanliness throughout the home. We’d gladly return for another weekend visit.

Lorraine’s Airbnb was better than the pictures! The creativeness in every corner was so lovely, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful snacks, drinks, toiletries available in the house. The hot tub was a highlight for us, and we wish we had longer to enjoy the space.

Hope is a wonderful hostess and her space was perfect!! The studio is private with it's on patio area to relax outside, great location in an adorable neighborhood, and very centrally located in the Fountain City area. We will be recommending this space to our family and friends for future visits.

Awesome place to stay ! Alice was a great host, super friendly, the place was very clean, great shower pressure. it had chickens, ducks, and bunnies and also a very nice and cozy fire pit, very relaxing and private. we had great weather and it was beautiful outside.

Katie and Aaron were great hosts. They were super responsive and accommodating. The suite was super cute, clean and cozy. Their restaurant/activity recommendations were super helpful and made our experience in the city amazing. Would love to stay again next time we find ourselves in Nashville.

Jay’s place completely blew me away. His attention to detail is truly unmatched—it exceeded every expectation I’ve ever had for an Airbnb. The space was much larger than expected, impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, functional, and exceeded both my needs and wants. One of the beautiful highlights? Their incredibly friendly dog—an absolute joy to be around and made the stay even more memorable. Jay was responsive, warm, and genuinely welcoming throughout my entire visit. This is hands-down the best Airbnb exceeding expectations experience I’ve had. I highly recommend anyone to stay here anytime. I will 100% stay at Jay’s again. Thank you for everything!

Terry was a responsive and accommodating host. The home was charming and just as pictured. It’s the perfect location if you’re planning a trip to attend an event at the Nissan Stadium. Terry’s place had all the essentials we needed and more! We will definitely try to stay here again for future events in the area.

What a great place to spend a few days and take in the beautiful TN countryside.

Came here with friends and family for 5 nights for Centre Graduation. Amazing place, but it is down backroads (like most of KY) and dark at night (just a heads up for people who don’t like driving in the dark) but it was not a problem at all for us. The living room had so many games for us to enjoy during down time. The patio is amazing with beautiful surroundings. We didn’t get to use the outside fire because it rained the night we planned to use it but overall the place was so clean, pretty, and comfortable. Lori was by far the most amazing host I’ve ever had. Her charcuterie boards are 1000/10 and so much food and drinks included for a great price and she’s food safety certified! We ran into her a few times and she such kind and helpful host. She also had prints (cards) of her artwork and illustrated books which are all gorgeous for purchase and her art in the rooms. If you have any doubts about this place, don’t worry, just go for it! It will definitely be worth it! Thank you Lori

We stayed at Kelly’s Jubilee, where bohemian whimsy dances hand-in-hand with Appalachian charm. From the moment we were greeted by the magical “boat house,” we knew we were in for something special. Our room was cozy—on the smaller side—but thoughtfully packed with every amenity imaginable, like a little treasure chest of “just in case” comforts. Nestled above a gently babbling stream, we fell asleep to the soothing soundtrack of flowing water—a lullaby for the soul. A truly enchanting escape. Depending on which cabin you stay in, be sure to bring a can of cat food, some treats, or a scoop of cracked corn for the charming morning bellhops who checked us out—they take their job very seriously (and accept tips in snacks).

Deborah and Greg's unique place was the perfect option for a weekend in Nashville! I was treating my neice to a belated birthday adventure and it was such a fun place . Deborah and Greg were lovely hosts and my neice and I loved chatting with them about all thing dogs and music related ! It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and we ubered to our event easily. Will definitely be back .

My friends and I enjoyed our stay it was about 15-20 mins off broadway but uber was affordable and there was still things to do in the area as well. Definitely a comfortable and cozy place to stay if you’re looking to enjoy downtown while avoiding the chaos.

Khira's place was spacious and lovely and in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood! A short walk to the Farmers Market where you can find every kind of food or snack and a quick Uber ride to Broadway, the Opry, or any Nashville attraction. Khira was exceptionally responsive and proactive, checking in to insure I was always comfortable and had everything I needed. It is no exaggeration to state that Khira is the PERFECT HOST!!!

First of all I have to say how incredible Patrick and Janet are as hosts. We are from the UK and have travelled all over the world using Airbnb. These guys are the best. So helpful and lots of tips of where to go and what to see. Communication was excellent, always quick response and available if you needed to ask a question. Patrick and Janet were wonderful to meet and we felt they began as hosts and we left them as friends.. The accommodation was fantastically well equipped, amazing and fun. Super clean with the most comfortable bed. And what a bonus to have a game of pool or darts in your own private bar/games area. Having access to the swimming pool and patio was great to relax, with a coffee or glass of wine or even better to have a chat with Patrick & Janet. (such an interesting couple) The location is peaceful and so easy to grab a quick Uber into Downtown, East Nashville or Grand Ol Opry. The ‘ Not So California Hotel’ and Patrick & Janet are fantastic in equal measure
