Holiday rentals with a patio in Cumberland River

We were in town visiting family in Cookeville and Jon's location was perfect for the two of us. Truly like staying in an upscale resort suite with all of the amenities, and thoughtful extra touches like the coffee, sodas and snacks - without the mini-frig upcharge! The pictures do not do it justice. We did not have an opportunity to check out the local coffee shop and diner, but look forward to exploring next time. We will definitely stay here again. This studio apartment was perfect for an overnight stay. The description on Airbnb was accurate, we loved the lake inspired theme and the bed was comfortable. The location was great with little to no noise, the pizza shop (next door) was closed and we did not hear any noise from the tattoo shop above the apartment. We would recommend this place to anyone needed a safe place to stay overnight. Bonus it’s pet friendly!

This was nice and we really didn't many people. it had easy access door code. it has nice covered porch area. Kitchen was nice had the basics including coffee. we used a packnplay that was there which was extremely helpful and we noticed a small high chair/ food chair for toddlers. there were several box fans which we really appreciated. Endless towels, wash clothes. extra sheets and bedding. it has a nice sofa area with a TV and there was a tv in the one room..I didnt look in the other room very long so I don't remember. two bathrooms, one half other full with a tub/shower. laundry room available. also, Charles, the host, allowed us to have a few other family members join us as our plans kinda changed and he made it no problem. we really enjoyed our stay. bonus is outdoor kitty pretty friendly and enjoyed a good scratchy lol

Donna and Randy were extremely nice hosts. The perfect quiet place to stay in Nashville . They have a beautiful and peaceful backyard space. The interior has really nice updates, with an attention to detail. Definitely will stay here again.

Rachel was a fantastic host, easy check in process & had a little chalkboard in the kitchen with some great recommendations based on distance from the airbnb. the place was nice and cozy for my 2 friends and i & a memory foam mattress topper was provided for the pull out couch. overall a great place to come back to after a night on broadway :)

This is the sweetest cottage - we felt like we were staying in an enchanted forest! The artistic details are stunning - you could spend DAYS just exploring all the unique, thoughtful touches!! We will recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway…but hopefully it will still be open for us whenever we need a retreat away from the world!

Steve's place exceeded our expectations. The pictures on Airbnb do not do it justice. It is so well appointed and the decor is off the charts. No detail was forgotten. The place was spotless and has such a fun vibe. The style is very New Orleans. Steve was very responsive. We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

It’s a great place for a quick stay. Very easy to find. Neighborhood was quiet. We listened to a revival the evening of our stay across the street. Southern hospitality.

"The Spot" was perfect for our stay. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. Upon arrival, my daughter spotted a deer nestled down in the wooded area just a few feet from the driveway. If you love nature, like I do, then you would definitely enjoy this location. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked very well. The host...Khaled & Doreen, are awesome. They were very accommodating for our needs, and always quick to respond anytime I had a question. If you're looking for a nice "spot", this is it, in my opinion.

Great place to relax in Nashville! Very nice rooftop deck that sets the scene of a Nashville sunset with the city skyline!! We love this place!!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

This place was amazing. It looked great, was spacious, all the amenities were well thought through. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda was very responsive, king and helpful aswell. I will be coming back to stay :)

This is a great spot. it is very close to a bus stop and a short walk from downtown. it was clean and had everything we needed.

Dollys Penthouse was absolutely adorable & the highlight of our experience! It was my boyfriend & I's first time in Nashville. From the moment we walked in, the place gave major Dolly Parton glam-fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated and made for such a unique and memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better-close to all the best restaurants, bars, and live music spots. All the main attractions were about a 5-minute drive away! Perfect for anyone wanting that over-the-top Nashville vibe. The host was very sweet & communicative, check-in was seamless, and we felt really taken care of the whole time. We took soooo many cute photos both inside & outside the patio! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Nashville! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

My kids and I enjoyed our stay at Karen's place. This is a beautiful spot, quiet and peaceful yet easy to get to. There were plenty of thoughtful touches, such as reserved parking spaces, a welcome basket, and plenty of towels and linens. The kids (and dog) enjoyed walking around the pond in the evenings. The first day, I bought a cute coffee mug from the thrift store on the property and enjoyed coffee on the porch from it the next morning. We chose this spot because it is convenient to the Cumberland Gap National Park, and it did not disappoint.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Oak Ridge. John and Amanda have a well designed and thoughtful home. Both beds were comfortable; and the kitchen was well equipped for making quality meals. Gas stove and a nice fridge were welcomed pieces. Definitely a place we’d stay again.

The condo was exactly how it was described, comfortable, well maintained, clean and tidy. Perfect for our week long stay in Cookeville. Highly recommended.
