Monthly Rentals in Cul-de-Sac Bay

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

Can’t say enough about how awesome this property and experience was! Melissa provided us with everything we could have ever needed from the moment we booked to the time we checked out. You can tell how much love and intentionality they have put into the villa as well as their customer service. The property itself was just what we needed on our girls trip to Saint Martin. The privacy, amenities and serenity that it offered allowed us to truly relax and unwind on this vacation. We were able to take advantage of it all from the pool to the kayaks. The Villa Jade 1 is lovely! It’s perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking to enjoy Saint Martin at an amazing value without sacrificing beautiful furnishings and great amenities. Additionally, Julie and her team of hosts are wonderful — all of whom were proactive with communications and very responsive. Julie, in particular, provided exceptional service by working with my husband to surprise me with goodies at the villa for my birthday. I would happily stay at the villa again, or at any property Julie and her team manages.

Excellent accommodation! Hyper clean, super well equipped and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood, 5 min from the airport and close (by car) to many restaurants and activities. Alexandrine is adorable, very helpful and attentive. It was a real pleasure to stay at her place. ❤️ And the private pool, what a joy!
