Un magnífico anfitrión. El sector es tranquilo, bello paisaje. La casa espectacular tiene todo. Lo que más me encantó que mis mascotas fueran bien recibidas. Para mí ellos son parte de mi familia. Lo recomiendo 👌

WOW!!! what a beautiful place with a beautiful view!! The house is impecable!!! beautiful in the inside as it is on the outside. House is full with everything you need and very high quality products!! Gorgeous bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. All taken care of Rosita which will greet you at the entrance and will have breakfast for you. Such a kind and sweet host!! Explained everything and was available all the time. cooks very delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes!!. Extremely safe!! Fire pit is perfect. Rooms are great. We've traveled to many airbnbs in Cuenca and this one by far is our favorite and will be hard not to choose it again. Thank you for sharing this home and hope to be back again!!!!

Pics really don't do justice. This place is awesome and Rocio is a friendly and accommodating host. Bonus points for the fresh flowers, live plants, washer and dryer, hot water, hardwood floors, and spacious kitchen. We loved the fireplace. It was nice to relax by the fire on chilly nights in the Andes. JUSY STAY HERE!

Muy bonito lugar y excelente ubicación para pasar un lindo feriado

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

Increíble vista, muy cómoda y tranquila la cabaña. El contacto con Andrés fue muy simpático, nos ayudó con informaciones, estaba muy atento y respondió súper rápido. Muy recomendado.

Desde la llegada la atención fue extraordinaria, mucha comunicación, abierta a cualquier sugerencia, siempre pendiente y sobre todo muy amable, recomiendo visitarlo además de que está cerca del centro donde se puede realizar muchas actividades fue una experiencia muy buena.

El lugar muy lindo, todo super lindo el anfitrión es muy amable y siempre dispuesto ayudar en todo.

Nice newer building, well designed, very secure. They have a nice laundry room, with new washer and dryer. the river was right across the street. walking distance to old town and the Calderon Park. Was next to the University and had young people around. We would come back if we come back to Cuenca. What a beautiful city.

Visitamos Cuenca con mi esposa por una Cirujia. No fuimos en plan de turismo. Estuvimos 20 días…El departamento muy bien, cómodo y con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. La verdad nos sentimos con en casa. Pero lo que más puedo destacar es la asistencia de su propietaria y administradores!! Atentos a cada detalle y preocupados por nuestro confort !

El departamento de Guido y Bane fue increíble!!! Totalmente limpio, muy bonito, cómodo y espacioso. El departamento se encuentra frente al río lo que te da una vista espectacular durante todo el día y es aún más bonito si desayunas en el balcón con esa vista. Guido y Bane fueron muy atentos todo el tiempo. Esperamos volver pronto.

Estuvo todo super lindo, es un lugar muy acogedor, limpio, esperamos regresar.... Super recomendado, esta cerca del Mall del Río, del parque lineal del Río Yanuncay donde se puede caminar, trotar y varias otras actividades recreativas...

El departamento es muy bonito y la zona muy tranquila. me sentí muy segura en mi estadía. la anfitriona estuvo al pendiente en todo momento.

Once I located the condo and gained access is was a lovely place! The apartment is as advertised and is a great value. Great parking under the building and the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the southbound Tram station (going toward Terminal Terrestre or the Airport). Coffee shop and nail salon on the bottom level of the building. Darwin the front desk man was very helpful and accommodating. SuperMaxi is 5 minute walk around the corner.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el alojamiento de Patricia, el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo con todo lo necesario y tuvimos la cunita para mi bebé…. El edificio es muy seguro y tiene una linda área de juegos para niños… Patricia fue una muy buena anfitriona… un lugar al que definitivamente volveremos… recomendado

Es el tercer año que visitamos Cuenca y nos alojamos en este bello lugar, aquí nos sentimos como en nuestro hogar, sus instalaciones son cómodas y acogedoras, María y Pablo son personas muy agradables y sobre siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier información que necesitábamos. Es el mejor mejor lugar en Cuenca para alojarte lo recomiendo al 100.

Sin duda excelente apartamento, superó por muchos mi expectativas. Excelente ubicación a parte de la excelente comunicación con Marcela. Quedo agradecido.

Maggie’s place was perfect for our 3-night stay in Cuenca. In one word, the condo is spectacular with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Pride of ownership is obvious! The building is new and very well maintained, secure, and the location is perfect…just a couple of minutes walk to Parque Calderon.and Immaculate Conception church. It exceeded our expectations, and was our best Airbnb experience in Equador. Highly recommend!
