Francisco I want to thank you for your hospitality , an excellent host, a very cozy place I would come back and recommend this place. The place is located near all the most important tourist sites in the city of Cuenca such as the Cathedral. Thank you Francisco once again .

Really excellent, I've been staying in some places for about 10 years and it's in the top 3, highly recommended, I'll always go back there

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

This home exceeded our expectations. Everything is just like the photos posted in the ad and even better, to be honest. The house is very spacious and quite comfortable, the beds are comfortable and warm. Each space had what was necessary for its use. I thought the hot water bags we found when we arrived at the airbnb were a very nice touch. In general, I can highly recommend this airbnb for a stay in the beautiful Cuenca! Maria Augusta was always attentive to my messages and quickly answered any questions, she is an excellent host! In addition, he gave us flexibility in the check in which was quite convenient for us.

Great location, and attention were attentive to anything, The only thing that the internet signal is not very good inside the rooms. We had an inconvenience with one of the beds but we were able to fix it.

We repeat the stay, because the place offers a lot of peace of mind. We had a wonderful time at the pool. It is an excellent option to rest, read, and enjoy the view. Because of the weather, pool activities can last all day long.

Excellent place to spend a weekend, whether alone or with friends and family. Everything is very organized and clean. Juan Fernando is very attentive to any news and indications. Although the use of the pool is more of an administrative arrangement, it is worth it. I would return to the same place as many times as I can. Thank you for your help.

A spacious apartment, in a perfect location. It has everything a traveler needs, even a washing machine! Note that at full blast in the shower, the water isn't hot, but at lower force, it works. Highly recommended.

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

First, Cuenca, a beautiful, family-friendly city, very friendly people. The accommodation, very nice, very clean, Paula very friendly, without knowing her. The place, peaceful and quiet, the whole sector as well, easy access to the challenge of the city

Once I located the condo and gained access is was a lovely place! The apartment is as advertised and is a great value. Great parking under the building and the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the southbound Tram station (going toward Terminal Terrestre or the Airport). Coffee shop and nail salon on the bottom level of the building. Darwin the front desk man was very helpful and accommodating. SuperMaxi is 5 minute walk around the corner.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was excellent, very close to the historic city center and right next to the University of Cuenca, with lots of cute cafés and local food spots nearby. Juan was very responsive and quickly helped us when we had a minor shower leak. Just a friendly note: if you rely on Wi-Fi for remote work, the connection can be a bit unstable for calls or large downloads, but it’s fine for basic use. Would definitely recommend!
