A magnificent host. The sector is quiet, beautiful scenery. The spectacular house has it all. What I loved most that my pets were well received. For me they are part of my family. I recommend it 👌

WOW!!! what a beautiful place with a beautiful view!! The house is impecable!!! beautiful in the inside as it is on the outside. House is full with everything you need and very high quality products!! Gorgeous bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. All taken care of Rosita which will greet you at the entrance and will have breakfast for you. Such a kind and sweet host!! Explained everything and was available all the time. cooks very delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes!!. Extremely safe!! Fire pit is perfect. Rooms are great. We've traveled to many airbnbs in Cuenca and this one by far is our favorite and will be hard not to choose it again. Thank you for sharing this home and hope to be back again!!!!

Pics really don't do justice. This place is awesome and Rocio is a friendly and accommodating host. Bonus points for the fresh flowers, live plants, washer and dryer, hot water, hardwood floors, and spacious kitchen. We loved the fireplace. It was nice to relax by the fire on chilly nights in the Andes. JUSY STAY HERE!

Great stay! Will Come again

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

Incredible view, very comfortable and quiet cabin. The contact with Andrés was very nice, he helped us with information, he was very attentive and responded super fast. Highly recommended.

Nice newer building, well designed, very secure. They have a nice laundry room, with new washer and dryer. the river was right across the street. walking distance to old town and the Calderon Park. Was next to the University and had young people around. We would come back if we come back to Cuenca. What a beautiful city.

Guido and Bane's apartment was amazing!!! Totally clean, very nice, comfortable and spacious. The apartment is facing the river which gives you a spectacular view throughout the day and is even more beautiful if you have breakfast on the balcony with that view. Guido and Bane were very attentive the whole time. We look forward to returning soon.

Everything was super nice, it's a very cozy, clean place, we hope to return.... Highly recommended, it is close to the Mall del Río, the Yanuncay River linear park where you can walk, jog and several other recreational activities...

The apartment is very nice and the area is very quiet. I felt very safe in my stay. The host was attentive at all times.

Once I located the condo and gained access is was a lovely place! The apartment is as advertised and is a great value. Great parking under the building and the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the southbound Tram station (going toward Terminal Terrestre or the Airport). Coffee shop and nail salon on the bottom level of the building. Darwin the front desk man was very helpful and accommodating. SuperMaxi is 5 minute walk around the corner.

We were very comfortable in Patricia's accommodation, the apartment is very nice and comfortable with everything you need and we had the crib for my baby…. The building is very safe and has a nice children's playground… Patricia was a very good host… a place we will definitely return to… recommended

Maggie’s place was perfect for our 3-night stay in Cuenca. In one word, the condo is spectacular with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Pride of ownership is obvious! The building is new and very well maintained, secure, and the location is perfect…just a couple of minutes walk to Parque Calderon.and Immaculate Conception church. It exceeded our expectations, and was our best Airbnb experience in Equador. Highly recommend!

We found everything as expected from the description! David is an excellent host. He was available for all questions, very responsive. We felt cared for the entire 10 days we stayed! I highly recommend this rental, organized by a person who cares about your stay.
