The fifth is very nice and comfortable, the rooms are spotless, a spacious kitchen and well equipped. Definitely the ideal place for a family stay, the hosts are always attentive to any requests and welcomed us cordially.

We were family and the experience was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, very well equipped and with a beautiful view of nature. The location is great for those who want to disconnect and enjoy the clean air, but it's also close enough to the city for any need. Lourdes and Edgar are very attentive and always ready for any questions . We would actually come back a thousand times more . Highly recommended!

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

Beautiful estate, very well maintained, perfect for resting. Central, very close to Cuenca, but at the same time sufficiently secluded, projecting tranquility and peace. Its amenities are inviting for a better rest. Our young adults enjoyed the tennis court, basketball and board games. At the end of the day, relaxing by the fireplace was one of the best moments... We recommend this Quinta 100%.

Everything was excellent

I traveled from NY to Ecuador and my family and I wanted to spend some family time away from the city and enjoy our time as family with the kids and as soon as we saw this place on Airbnb we fell in love. It was prefect for us. It had everything we wanted and more. The house was beautiful and it looks exactly like the pictures. And even more spacious to be honest. We had 22 people with us including kids and we had so much more space to be comfortable. Patricia was amazing and she was top of everything. Great communication I could not ask for a better choice. I’m gonna come back next year and I will most definitely will be renting this property again . 🫶🏻🙌🏻 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ across the board Patricia thank you so much for everything.

Personal welcome from a very friendly and helpful host. Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable independent apartment in easy walking distance of Cuenca old town. Well equipped for self-catering. There's a smart TV, good wifi, and a work space. Very comfortable bed. The host is on-site if help is needed.

Rene is a great host, speaks English & Spanish perfectly, is very quick to respond to any questions. The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment had everything we needed & has fantastic views of the city & mountains & wonderful air flow. The hot water works flawlessly, we loved having all stainless steel pots & kitchen is well stocked. It is the brightest apartment with lots of windows but still feels very private. I lived in Cuenca for 1.5 years and always wanted to try living in this area and now I know it would work well for me. The apartment is 2 short blocks from parque de la madre and just two more blocks to the superMaxi grocery store. This apartment is in the perfect location being only approximately eight blocks from parque Calderón and the main cathedral which you can see the domes from the apartment. There is absolutely no question in my mind that if I return to Cuenca that I would stay in Rene‘s apartment again. Thank you again Rene for being such a nice guy and a great host.

We were very comfortable in Patricia's accommodation, the apartment is very nice and comfortable with everything you need and we had the crib for my baby…. The building is very safe and has a nice children's playground… Patricia was a very good host… a place we will definitely return to… recommended

This is a special place to stay. Immaculately presented, very helpful and responsive host, and fantastic location. It is in the old part of the city and everything you need is close by. There is muted traffic noise, and church bells are a wake- up call at 6.30am, so if this is likely to bother you, bring earplugs, but the bed is incredibly comfortable, and you’ll sleep well. We really appreciated being able to use a washing machine and dryer, and the offer to store luggage on our checkout day, since we had an evening flight. If we are ever back in Cuenca, we'll stay again.

Beautiful condo with tons of amenities. Great location in the historical center. Easy access to top restaurants, cafes, and attractions. Aaron was super helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
