"LA CASA DEL RÍO" has an excellent location near everything, it has 5 comfortable rooms with TV, (2 distributed in suite with living room, dining room, study and independent bathroom); living room, dining room, kitchen, cafeteria, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, study and garage. Comfort home to 9-11 guests and 2 small pets.

The house is very comfortable and homely, ideal for families. It is located 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Cajas National Park, within a private condominium, in a high and quite quiet place where you can breathe fresh air, enjoy beautiful landscapes, you can see the city of Cuenca and in turn our mountains.
