I stayed 39 days in the Studio, which served me very well. Brumer was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with plenty of leisure options and restaurants. There is a very affordable laundry in the building. In the evening, it also makes a beautiful sunset. Anyway, I would certainly stay more often.

Luiz and Rosita's space is excellent. Aconchegante and optimized, it serves very well for a longer stay. The condominium is quiet and the neighbors are respectful. The staff are polite and helpful, especially the gatekeepers Eligleiton, Miro, Edmilson and Francisco. Finally, hosts were very attentive and resolute, even from a distance.

Excellent cost-benefit! Very good restaurants near the Airbnb as well as a supermarket, convenience stores, pharmacies, laundries, etc.
