Alan is a very friendly and thoughtful host. It was a pleasure to stay at his property, that I would recommend 100%! The house itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for holidays. Go for it!

Perfect for an overnight stay on the way to San Marino. Spacious, well equipped kitchen. Free car park Right outside. No air con but plenty of fresh air.

Wonderfully rural, with beautiful views. It is upstairs, above the host's parents. Within 15 minutes by car on the beach of Misona. House is complete, nice and spacious, 2 bedrooms with large 2 person beds. And 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath). Washing machine is also very handy. Air conditioning is also a nice luxury. We had a wonderful stay for a few days!

I stayed four days in this wonderful B&B. A delightful apartment, newly built and with all the comforts. Matteo is a very helpful person and attentive to requests. Beautiful landscapes with lots of greenery surround it. I highly recommend this place.
