Earth house holiday rentals in Crete

We really enjoyed our stay. The private pool was pure luxury! The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. The cleaners were really friendly too. The sea view is incredible. Easy to get down for a dip in the sea via the steps and the water is crystal clear. It’s quite a drive to get there on twisty roads but worth it if you want to get away from mass tourism. It was perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Paras kokemus kaikista Kreetan lomista tähän asti, ehdottomasti ajomatkan arvoinen lomapaikka! Kylä oli aito ja alkuperäinen, ihmiset erittäin ystävällisiä ja ihania. Villalta oli mahtavat näkymät, ympäristön kauneutta ei voinut kuin ihailla. Kävely ylös kappelille ja ajo etelärannalle serpentiinitietä olivat myös hienoja kokemuksia, samoin paikalliset häät, joihin saimme osallistua. Kylän tavernasta saimme joka kerta parasta paikallista ruokaa, parhaan palvelun kera. Villalla riittää tilaa niin sisällä kuin ulkonakin, ja majoittajat varmistavat että lomasi sujuu parhaimmalla mahdollisella tavalla. Kiitos kokemuksista, toivottavasti pääsemme tänne vielä joskus uudelleen ❣️

We had a magical time here with our family in your beautifully restored house close to some stunning and quiet beaches (compared to others on south coast) we loved the bbq area and shaded courtyard for lunch. Although a small pool it was perfect for cooling off and kids loved it. The local beach Taverna’s were relaxed and delicious food. Thanks so much and hope to be back soon!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, super sauber und umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten. Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit, Desponia hat uns mit selbtgebackenem Kuchen begrüßt und als wir erst spät ankamen am ersten Tag, hat sie uns sogar Abendbrot zubereitet. Der Check out war sehr flexibel, wir durften sogar 3h länger bleiben als angegeben. Zusätzlich sind Strandmatten, ein Strandschirm und Strandhandtücher vorhanden . Mit dem Auto ist man in 30 Min in Chania und in 5 min an einem wunderschönen Strand 🌞

Moc útulný starý dům, citlivě a elegantně rekonstruovaný. V klidné části menší obce Vori, ideální pro ty, kdo mají rádi svůj klid a pohodu. Příjemný soukromý a slunný dvorek s menším výhledem na zelený kopec. Obývací pokoj s krásným původním krbem, velmi dobře vybavená kuchyně, pračka k dispozici. Prostorná ložnice v prvním patře (poněkud strmější schody). Rozhodně doporučujeme!

Zacharias is a very nice and friendly host, who was welcoming us very warmly. Very fast in responding with a lot of wisdom about the surrounding area and cretan culture. The flat is very cozy in a calm environment, perfect to ease the mind. We warmly recommend the flat and Zacharias as a host to everyone, who wants to spend a nice time in the west of Crete.

Et super dejligt sted for voksne. Vi var 2 par afsted. Hvilket var helt perfekt. Fine terrasser altid muligt at finde sol eller skygge. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Gå afstand til strand og landsby med fine taverner med super lækkert mad. Nikoss var altid hurtig til at svare på vores spørgsmål. En lokal dame tog imod os. Meget specielt med den lille private kirke. Vi var heldige at få besøg af nogle unge musikere som gav koncert i kirke. Stedet er væk fra de fleste turister så en ferie med ro og masser af indtryk. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne tilbage. Lidt svært at finde. Men spørg Nikoss om hjælp så fungere det perfekt. 😀kan kun anbefales.

Maria s place was great, surrounded by mountains and in a very peacefull and beautiful village, the perfect place to spend a few days relaxing on nature and a super friendly kitty neighbor. Totally recommended

Όμορφο καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο σπίτι με ιδιωτικότητα. Ο οικοδεσπότης επικοινωνιακός και φιλικός. Το χωριό παραδοσιακό, όμορφο πολύ κοντά υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνος, ταβέρνες με εξαιρετικό φαγητό. Αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε.

Amazing, quiet and peaceful hideaway. Just a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The space has everything you need and is surprisingly warm and cool at the same time. Our private garden was an amazing extra. Overall an amazing stay!

Wir hatten schöne ruhige Tage im Kelari Cottage :-) Die Unterkunft hat alles was wir brauchten und das Bett war sooo bequem! Die Wanderung nach Pefki durch die Schlucht lohnt sich sowas von, danach solltet ihr unbedingt in Pefki bei Maria essen - köstlich! Die Gegend ist hübsch, im März noch sehr menschenleer und verschlafen. Wir würden wiederkommen!
