A bit of a walk from Brown, however close enough for us. It was a nice place—really pretty and cosy. It had everything we needed. The host was very helpful too—definitely recommended!

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Alexis was a wonderful host who was very welcoming and also very helpful in making recommendations. And her home is in a great location within walking distance of Main Street in Mystic. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to the area.

George’s place was nice for getting some work done and was in walking distance of both the training sessions I had to attend this week, and a variety of dining options. Kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment if you want a quiet spot that right in the middle of things.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

We had an amazing stay at Hamilton’s Place in Newport, Rhode Island! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with great restaurants like The Newport Lobster Shack just a short walk away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the convenient parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a convenient elevator that allowed us easy access into our room. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and seagulls with our son. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it. Five stars!

Perfect location. Right where you want to be in downtown Newport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Spacious living room. We really enjoyed it .

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Bre was a great host. Several of us were traveling to Providence for my son’s graduation. We were a large group and had an 18 month old with us too. Her home was comfortable, meticulously cared for, and she provided all the amenities needed for us to enjoy our family time together, cook regularly, and sit down to eat together. It felt like we are at home. She is detail oriented and her home has many great touches. The home is kid friendly with plenty of toddler toys and books. When traveling to the area again, I will always remember our stay fondly and look to stay here if available. Thanks Bre!

We loved our stay! The house had plenty of room for our party of 8. ( Included 1 and 3 year olds). The water views from the home are wonderful. House was clean and well equipped, had a great kitchen/living area that made it so easy to hang out together. Short walk into town makes it easy to enjoy many of the great restaurants in Mystic. Would highly recommend Eunice’s house and hope to be back soon.

Clean home came as pictured and described. As previously noted, more kitchen items (utensils, coffee cups, etc) would be helpful but not a major problem. Bedrooms and bathrooms as well as house were clean. Easy transit to Boston, providence, Newport and the cape. Ha was immediately responsive to questions or messages.

Beautiful house, great location, and everything you need for a perfect getaway! This is a beautifully decorated and well laid out home with lots of space to enjoy and all the amenities of home. We can't wait to return and enjoy the house again!

We loved out stay in this house! It was beautiful and prefect for our large group. Areas for improvement include: instructions on the automatic locking feature (we did something wrong one night and got locked out), at least 1 bed was very firm and the pillows were very flat, finally at least 1 bathroom had water pooling in the shower and sink while in use.

Roger is a very attentive host. He gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and was easy to contact with lightening fast response time! The house was centrally located to where we had to be and the property was right on the pond and a lovely location. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioners worked great to take away the humidity. Most importantly, the house was uncluttered and very clean. The yard was completely fenced in for our dog and there was even a privacy screen on the deck at the front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of pantry items available to use. The property was a 30 minute drive into Boston. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We were there for our son’s wedding. We had family fly in for a long weekend. We were able to relax and visit. We were within 6-7 miles of Mystic, the sub base and grocery stores.

A great stay in a beautiful dog-friendly home! We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The interior was stylish and comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. It was such a treat to stay in a dog-friendly place that was also thoughtfully set up for human comfort. One thing to note: the second bathroom was under construction during our stay. It would have been helpful to know that a bit earlier than the day before arrival. Also, while we enjoyed cooking, the kitchen was a bit less equipped than other Airbnb homes we've rented. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d love to come back again!
