Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

(5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.

Our studio located in the end of a “no-through street”, with a private entrance and yard. One parking lot is available on our driveway, under a security camera. FREE off street parking is also available, unlimited time. The place is only 1km from Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre where you can find almost everything you need.
