Although the check in didnt go well , but Aydin was responsive all the time and we enjoyed our stay alot. Linens clean and neat. Highly recommended

Scott’s home was the cosiest, most peaceful & relaxing place I’ve stayed in years. The mattresses were so comfortable, everything was beautifully cleaned, the hot tub & fireplace especially made it worth every cent and watching the stars from the rooftop was so special. The open plan of upstairs was the perfect space for us all to connect and spend quality time without being on top of each other & the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Scott’s detailed instructions added to the experience so much, he was so helpful and thoughtful with how he has set up the home for maximum comfort and enjoyment. The area is so beautiful, an easy walk to the beach, and we sat and watched all the local wildlife from the balcony for hours. Highly recommend this place!

Just wow! This is the type of place you’re either running to tell everyone about or gate keeping it for yourself 😂💚 I took my family away for my mum’s birthday here and just WOW! Photos simply can’t do this place justice! You can feel this house had a lot of thought put into it when being made! Being a musician myself, the surround sound throughout the whole house was a personal highlight!!!🔥 You can tell the owners are very artsy/lovers of music as the details in this house were STUNNING! Breath taking views, had absolutely everything we needed in that kitchen and more. THANKYOU Samuel for the super smooth process, for the late checkout and making us feel so special! Harry’s house was a fabulous place for our family retreat, the house is well laid out and plenty of variety with pool , spa and tennis courts to keep our grandchildren entertained. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Big house lots of rooms and beds, great for big families. Nice backyard and spacious. Table tennis for the family to play with and best of all a jacuzzi

Beautiful home with luxury finishes and fully equipped amenities. The location is peaceful and private, close to the beach — we even saw lots of wild wallabies nearby! At night, the stars are incredible thanks to the minimal light pollution. The house is also extremely convenient for visiting the Penguin Parade, go-kart track, and other major attractions on Phillip Island. Matt was very helpful and responsive both before our arrival and throughout our stay. We would definitely return — highly recommended!

My family and I had the liveliest time at Lisa's villa in the heart of the Ramada resort. surrounded by nature but with access to all resort facilities, we were never short of things to do. The villa is perfect, well appointed and had everything we needed, plus some lovely touches like Easter eggs and hot cross buns! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa!

Great little villa with brand new kitchen and amenities. Well appointed. Perfect size for our group of 7 with two bathrooms and one room on one side of villa and the rest on the other side. Great location, the Ramada resort is always lots of fun for the kids and they love it here. This is one of the better villas we have stayed at in the area with its freshened up look. Host was extremely responsive and attentive, would book again!

I had an amazing stay at Annie's place. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and quick responses to any questions. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Philip Island.

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

The place was perfect! The house had everything we needed to make Christmas special! The Villa was surrounded by nature and was very peaceful. The resort had so much to do for kids. The kitchen was very set up and had loads of kitchen appliances to use e.g. air fryer, baking stuff, sandwich machine. The house was a good size and layout. We will definitely go back.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

Great stay, place felt secure, warm, safe and peaceful - was near family and friends we were celebrating with. Super clean, beautiful presentation, would definitely stay again.

Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

We stayed two nights at the Gate House Cottage. It was perfect! The cottage was very clean and had beautiful furnishings and decor. The architecture and stain glass windows were gorgeous. I am a fussy person and I couldn’t fault it. Quiet. Super comfy bed. All the little extra touches and yum breakfast supplies. Everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed at the Island many times and this was our first st Rhyll. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We were looking for an amazing place to stay for our weekend trip and found it completely exceeded our expectations. The cottage comes with everything you need for a great getaway, from the fabulous beach only a short walk or the yummy cafe just down the road along with everything inside even some beautiful bread and jams. The bed was really warm and comfortable even coming with electric blankets if you needed some added warmth. We had the best two nights sleep we had in ages. Don’t miss a chance to stay at this great hideaway.

Great little gem right by the beach. Clean and cozy, my children loved it. We will definitely be back.
