A beautiful room with a great view of Smith's beach, a great location.

Older style apartment with lovely setup and tasteful decoration. Bathroom excellent as was availability of appliances and condiments. A litre of milk in the fridge was a thoughtful addition. Would definitely recommend if you need something close to everything in Cowes with waterfront location. Thank you.

Excellent place to stay. Roomy, very comfortable furniture and everything that you would have in your own kitchen is there to use. 5 minutes at most to San Remo. Italian and Thai restaurants were very nice eating also. 15 minutes gets you to anywhere on Phillip Island. Took our 2 dogs who loved the beaches and outdoor cafe lifestyle. First floor apartment so our older dog struggled with the stairs.

Max was responsive, friendly and a fantastic host. The Boat House is quaint get eclectic at the same time with charming character. Quiet location, easily drivable to Cowes and some fantastic local walks nearby too! Would certainly stay again

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was easy to access with clear and simple instructions, and the location is unbeatable—right across from a lovely grassy playground. It’s such a bonus for families; we could sit out on the deck with a coffee and watch the kids play safely in view. The kids couldn't get enough of the jumping pillow! The space itself is well set up with everything you need. The kitchen has great cooking facilities, the bathroom is clean and modern, and the smart TV with YouTube and Netflix kept everyone happy. The real standout, though, is the access to amenities—the pool is amazing, and there is even a games room and gym. The beds are on the firmer side, and can hear noise from neighbouring apartments, but this didn't worry us. George was an incredible host, incredibly helpful and accommodating. This is honestly one of the best place for families—we’d absolutely recommend it and would love to stay again.

Great location walking distance to beach and shops.

The property is well appointed with towels, face towels, kitchen equipment, extra blankets, pots pans, cups and plates, etc, as you may expect at home, nothing lacking. The apartment is very clean and newly renovated, very comfortable. The location is at the rear of the main shopping strip, so only a 3 minute walk to the restaurants and cafe's.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. Nila was quick to reply when i had a problem. Place was so clean and cosy . Would come back in a heartbeat.. Thank you Nila!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cowes. The location of the apartment was perfect - directly behind the shops and the beach. We could walk to dinner and avoid the holiday traffic. The apartment was clean, warm and an easy place for a family of 5 to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when we return to Phillip Island.

A very well located and well equipped apartment, with car-parking. Easy access to Cowes and beaches. Plenty of interior space and well equipped kitchen.

Sharon was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her apartment was incredibly clean and well organised. Had a basic kitchen with a small stove top which was fine for two people. Extremely close to all the shops and May street of Cowes. On the beach front. Easy to access with clear check in instructions. Highly recommend.

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

Perfect apartment and location for a small family to get away. Loved being walking distance to everything. The apartment is really well set up and the balcony is a huge bonus.

Absolutely stunning views from balcony overlooking both farm and ocean. On top of watching cows graze, we saw rabbits, wallabies and many different species of birds. Although the closest beach was a bit rough, just metres down the road are plenty of more swimmable beaches. Accomodation is clean, spotless and spacious. It is well equipped, making it a home away from home. Shops are close and the host is always available and willing to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

The environment was peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What a lovely spot. Calm and quiet with amazing ocean views. Lots of good cafes and restaurants at your doorstep.

very clean and well stocked kitchen with complimentary welcome basket of good quality bottled water, crackers and pancake mix which was definitely a big surprise and helped alot for my famished family after the long drive from Melbourne city. just behind is the Cowes jetty which made for a great morning walk with numerous coffee and food joints just right next door. supermarkets were nearby too and the location is just so convenient. there are no lifts though so u need to carry up your luggage up the flight of stairs (easy for someone who exercises regularly). definitely will recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in Phillip Island.
