Great house for full family to stay in while attending a family wedding. Open kitchen, dining, living room areas allowed everyone to interact and visit with one another. Great neighborhood for morning walks with a small a nature trail running along a creek at the end of the street.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was a great home for our family. Plenty of space to spread out.

Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, trader Joe's and more. parking was a bit tight, but definitely can fit 2 cars tandem in the driveway which was really helpful since there was very little street parking. The home was clean and Stewart was super responsive, even at 1am. Sorry about that Stewart! We had 8 ladies celebrating a birthday and there was plenty of towels and bathrooms and beds to go around. The 2 washer and dryers were useful but we didn't need it. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Our wedding party stayed at Ziyan’s place for an Atlanta wedding! It was perfect for all the folks that stayed and there were lots of walkable restaurants. The size of the driveway was a huge plus too.

The home is beautiful with close attention to details! The home was clean and the back deck is totally comfortable. This has been a great experience that provided the perfect space for creating lasting family memories!

Outstanding Stay at Jenny's Luxury Airbnb This review is for the luxury midtown Airbnb with guest house hosted by Jenny. From the moment we began communicating, Jenny was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. She reached out to me multiple times before my arrival and checked in again once I got there, which made all the difference—especially after a stressful day of travel. I had missed my original flight, was delayed over 10 hours, and didn’t arrive until very late. Jenny kindly allowed my parents to check in early so they could get settled before I arrived. We were in town to celebrate my son’s college graduation and needed a space that could comfortably accommodate our extended family and friends. Jenny’s property was absolutely perfect. Each guest had their own room and bathroom, which was a huge plus. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s wonderful home for my son’s college graduation. The spacious home was beautiful and accommodating for my parents and my children. We really loved the porch where we could all gather after the day to relax. Thanks Nancy for making our stay fun and memorable!!

We had six men over 60 years of age stay for four nights. The open concept allowed us to communicate as a group. The large deck allowed us to sit outside and smoke cigars in a comfortable environment. The house is located within a three-to-five miles radius of all the restaurants, church and shops we visited. The only negative was the sofa and chairs have no upper back support. So, it was hard to nap on the couch. But, that's just a minor inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed the house and would stay there again. JBJ

Whimsy is the right word to describe this beautiful gem. We loved the house - every room was unique and beautifully decorated. Book lovers would enjoy the hidden rooms and book cases. Beth was helpful and very quick to respond.

House was beautiful and quiet. Great for family vacation. Rooms were filled with adequate supplies. Towels and toiletries included. Would recommend to everyone! Close proximity to Duluth. 30 mins away from ATL activities if no traffic.

Brandi’s house was absolutely fantastic! We traveled in for a weekend family trip, and the house accommodated 5 of us with way more space than we expected. The house was cozy and was a great place to call home for a few days. Everyone enjoyed their private spaces, and we all enjoyed being able to hang out in the living areas with others. The place was also super clean and quiet. Lastly, Brandi was the perfect host. She allowed us to check in early to drop luggage off, provided suggestions for places to see and eat, and was very communicative about the home and the area. I would definitely recommend her beautiful home.

Great place for a big group!! My family & I flew in to ATL from Texas for my best friends wedding. We had to stay for a few days for different events prior to wedding and Thi & Linda’s place worked out perfectly for our family of 8 including a 5-month baby. Per request, they provided a pack&play for infant before our arrival and despite being a big group we all had our own space! Nice house in a peaceful neighborhood that’s close to many grocery/department stores. The main downside of this location was the fact that any drive into ATL was at least 40 minutes to up to 1 hour long, so we pretty much had to plan our day out ahead of time to not have any reason to waste time commuting back & forth between city & suburb. So if the goal is to spend time in ATL, go prepared to be okay with these long daily drives. Hosts gave us clear communication before check-in and throughout our stay, we had a minor issue with one of the bathroom toilets being clogged & Thi took care of the issue himself.

The house was in a nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. It's very large and can accommodate a lot of people. Very convenient to the airport and not too far from the city.

Our two family's of four fit perfectly in this beautiful home! The home was cozy and comfortable and there was always something for the kids to do. It was private and lovely getaway that was a perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the big City but close enough that we could drive to our fun activities we had planned for each day. The owner's were very responsive to all communication and flexible to our requests. Around the home there were QR codes with short videos on how to use the technology and systems that were incredibly helpful. The small touches made our stay feel welcome and inviting. We would certainly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the Atlanta vicinity!

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Conyers, Georgia while in town for my son’s wedding. Several family members stayed together, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and had a great time fishing in the pond. The peaceful, scenic setting provided the perfect backdrop for some relaxation between wedding events. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and we appreciated how close the property was to shopping and how easy it was to get to the airport. Jorge was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything go smoothly. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and serene place to gather with family or friends.

Clorinda was an amazing host! Her home was very comfy and had everything we needed! I took a vacation with my mom and 4 kids and everyone had an amazing time! Everyone loved the pool. We also brought our dog and Clorinda even had a crate for him it was perfect! The home has a private backyard with an awesome swingset for kids! The home is not far from restaurants or stores! thank you for sharing your home with us! Georgia has won over our heart.

This place was cozy and great if you are bringing along pets. Loved the area, out of the city but close enough travel if you wanted to go. Overall great experience and would stay again if we were in the area.

Our family of 7 traveled to GA for a wedding May 2025. The house was so comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. Our kids loved that there was a pool, and our host even provided plenty of clean beach towels. The home is large and comfortable, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We loved going to Bread & Butter Café and grabbing essentials from Kroger. We loved our stay and will absolutely book again if we are ever in GA.
