Monthly Rentals in Costamartina

We liked everything. The apartment is pretty big and looks even better in person than in the photos. It was comfortable for a weeklong stay.

I stayed at Leontina's place for one month, and absolutely loved it! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped; I didn't want to leave! The apartment is conveniently located directly across the road from a quiet beach, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, and the seafront, featuring numerous restaurants, gelatarias, etc. is also only a short distance away. The city centre is a little further, but still perfectly walkable. Leontina and Marco were fantastic hosts, and lovely people; they made me feel right at home, and I hope to see them again, soon. Giacomo was an extraordinary Host for us: always available with cordiality and professionalism. The house isolates the noise well (we have a small child who made great sleep) and the location is strategic both to go downtown and to the sea area and to move around Civitanova. We lived the house as if it were our own, receiving great attention from Giacomo who made the stay even more beautiful. Experience to repeat

Such a great place to stay, easy walking distance and close to shops , eateries , post office. The accommodation was like a home away from home and one night turned into three we loved it that much . Washer / Dryer was a bonus ! The host is lovely and super helpful, replies quickly to messages . Thanks for a memorable stay in your lovely cosy space xx
