Extraordinarily beautiful apartment on two levels with large terrace and immediate sea view. Three separate bedrooms along with another double bed. Spacious living rooms, large fully equipped kitchen. Less than five minutes away to the sea. Several restaurants and bars very close. Overall highly recommended apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Eva's house with our 10 and 14 year old son. Great facilities and felt like a home from home the pool area was a highlight for the kids. Eva was amazing at responding to any questions we had and suggestions for restaurants places to visit etc. Nothing was to much trouble xx

What a great villa! So spacious - each room was large and the ceilings were high so it felt airy. I read that other people felt it was dark, but for us it was a bonus to be shady and cool. There is no air conditioning, but it was a comfortable temperature inside even without the ceiling and floor-standing fans provided. There are 3 terraces so you can always sit on one facing the sun if you want. We loved the direct access to the pool too - it was a bit chilly being unheated but that's the same as most places in Lanzarote. The villa was very well equipped. There was every piece of kitchen equipment we could wish for, a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There was a washing machine which was really useful, especially with the large rack to hang the clothes out to dry. Plenty of bedding and towels were provided, we only had to bring our own beach towels. The hosts were extremely responsive; a couple of little issues arising were resolved within hours. 100% recommend.

Marisol is an excellent host, she has a lovely warm welcoming manner. There was good communication before the trip and she was there to greet us with the keys. Marisol was very helpful showing us where the local Lidl was and calling a taxi for us on the last day. The accommodation was bijou and cute, great for my daughter and I. It was clean, cool and set up for self catering. The apartment has sea views however the sandy beach at Calista de Fuste is a good walk away. There is a natural pool around 15 mins walk which is beautiful at low tide.

Good place for a week in Playa Blanca, we advice to have a car

From the very first contact during the booking process Alfredo was always friendly and helpful. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean and contained everything we could need to help us s enjoy our stay ( including cold beers in the fridge which were very much appreciated after a long day travelling, thankyou Alfredo!!) We were joined part way through our stay by other family members and the layout of the house, with bedrooms and bathrooms on 2 separate floors, gave us all plenty of privacy . The choice of outside spaces is a huge bonus offering shady and sunny spots all day, I particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the hill from our bedroom balcony. As always El Cotillo proved a perfect choice for our holiday destination with beautiful beaches just a few minutes walk from the house and a great range of bars and restaurants to choose from . Thankyou Alfredo, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful house in modern style, very well equiped kitchen, included spices, olive oil, coffee, spacious bathrooms with shower gel and hair stuff provided. great internet, even for online calls. Nice and quite area, even despite of construction in neighborhood. Alice is wonderfull person, very helpfull. Highly recommend this place, will be back with pleasure.

the apartment was clean spacious everything matched the photos and description the kitchen was very well equipped, contact with the owner was very fast and efficient. the area is quiet and peaceful. walk to the beach and shops 6-10 minutes. We stayed at the accommodation in the first week of June... The accommodation is amazing!!! The photos are very accurate, very bright, quiet area, convenient to the center with a pleasant walk you get to the port, very clean equipped kitchen nothing to say, indeed we will definitely be back, I highly recommend it! PS: I left 2 beach towels bought on site, for those who arrive after.. I would have liked to find 2, for the space in the trolley that is always less ..the rest is super great!

Bobo is a super host, very friendly and he gave me a lot of local hints. The room and the bathroom are clean and you can find everything you need at the house.

The apartment is great, it has all the tools you need, especially in the kitchen there is everything. It's very nice and cozy, the terrace is amazing. Due to the wind in Fuerteventura, the TV signal sometimes went out and did not work, but there are platforms such as Netflix, Prime, etc. to watch. Parking the car right on the porch of the house is ideal. This apartment is a 10/10. Thank you Yvan!

Nice spacious and clean house that is equipped with all comforts. The garden is sheltered so you are not "bothered" by the sometimes quite strong wind on the island. Host was super responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

We loved the place, the island and we will try to return, since due to an accident the day before 2 of the 6 that we were going to enjoy our holidays, so we will try to repeat in the future and if Gabriela wants it will be our first option given the comfort of her property and above all the tranquility that it has.

Have just got back after spending a wonderful week at Cathie’s home. I was met by Lisa at the home and shown around. I knew the area well as visited 7 times. The house is very clean and everything you need is there. Near the supermarket, bars, restaurants and the beach is about 6 minutes walk. I used Broncemar hotels pool a few times but mainly went to the sandy beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to come back soon. Thank you Cathie. X

Giovanni was the perfect host. Good communication. Place was as described. A 30 min walk to the centre which meant the area was peaceful. Small area about 10 mins away. Couple of bars. All nice would return.

Fantastic apartment. Good location for various laps on the island, downtown and south in particular. Very nice apartment, nice to spend the most cloudy evenings and afternoons, with the bathtub and the dehor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had more than we expected. Excellent hosts.
