Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The apartment has all kinds of comforts and if you need anything, I will be happy to assist you and help you, even with all the necessary information to enjoy all this wonderful island, if you decide to go out and explore. A 10-minute walk and a 3-minute drive from one of the best beaches on the island, the beaches of Jandia stretch to the south and have about 23 km of white sand and transparent waters, perfect for getting lost and disconnecting.
