Beach house holiday rentals in Costa Blanca

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Inmejorable. La casa está literalmente en la playa. Una zona muy tranquila, limpia y agradable. Lo recomiendo sin dudar

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Sie sah noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Alles war vorbereitet und sauber zu unserer Ankunft. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche sind ein richtiges Highlight. Das Meer ist in 2 min zu erreichen, und an der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Malins Haushälter war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Für Gruppen perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

Nous recommandons!!!!!! Séjour très agréable, maison avec beaucoup d’espace, très calme et propre une vue exceptionnelle depuis la piscine très bien entretenue. Inge est une hôte attentionnée, prévenante et réactive. Merci pour ce très joli lieu! À bientôt 🤩

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit ruime en lichte huis met een absoluut adembenemend uitzicht. Koffie in de ochtend met dit uitzicht… geweldig! Het huis is rustig en privé gelegen, op een zeer ruim perceel. Door de ligging heb je zeker de auto nodig om naar winkels en restaurants te gaan, maar dat wisten wij en we hebben genoten. De airco’s in de slaapkamers werken heel goed, heerlijk in de warme en vochtige zomernachten. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en reageren snel, inchecken supereasy.

Das Haus ist bezaubernd! mit schöne Aussicht, wir konnten unser Aufenthalt vollumfänglich geniessen. Neil und Adam waren jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

We have just spent 9 days as a family of 4 at Xavier’s rental and it was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It’s exactly as described, super clean and comfortable and Xavier was an excellent host. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

Villa oli erinomainen, näköala todella kaunis. Lähellä myös hyvät reitit vuorille (Castellet de Calp ja Monte Toix Mirador) joista avautuu hienot maisemat ja kiipeäminen on kaiken vaivan arvoista.. Allas todella hyvä ja puhdas. Autolla Calpen keskustaan ja rannoille lyhyt matka. Lämmin suositus kohteelle, sekä Calpelle että huvilalle🫶

Zeer aangenaam, ruim verblijf, heel rustig gelegen. Enkel rekening mee houden dat het heel hoog op een heuvel ligt, we hebben ons niet gewaagd om te voet naar het water te gaan. Zeer mooie ruimtes, heel licht en open. Welkomstgeschenkje stond klaar bij aankomst, vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. En een minpunt is de ramen, deze sluiten zeer slecht en we hadden veel wind tijdens ons verblijf waardoor er ook nog (in de schouw?) een fluitsignaal ontstond (in de avond/s'nachts). Zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf het huis op de baai!

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

Vi hadde en veldig fin uke i huset i Moraira. Vi var 5 voksne og 4 barn og det var veldig godt tilrettelagt for både liten og stor. Bassengområdet var fantastisk og det var verdt pengene med oppvarmet basseng, slik at barna kunne bade sent og tidlig. Fredelig og fin beliggenhet. Vi hadde leid en bil, noe som var verdifullt, da det var et stykke til nærmeste supermarked og en del bakker ned til strand/sentrum. Likevel fullt ut mulig å gå ned til sendtrum for de voksne. Sitteplassen ved grillplassen var litt møkkete og pizzaovnen kunne ikke brukes. Men det gjorde egentlig ingenting, da de andre sittegruppene fungerte fint og var fint plassert i forhold til kjøkken og uteområdet. Vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet for barnefamilier! :)

Heerlijk huis om lekker even bij te komen. Isco zorgt ervoor dat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Bij aankomst was hij persoonlijk aanwezig om ons wegwijs te maken en had ons verwend met heerlijke watermeloen en wijn om de vakantie te beginnen. Huis is top en de gastvrijheid van Isco maakt het verschil, dus zeker een aanrader om je vakantie door te brengen!

A nossa estadia na casa Cervantes foi absolutamente fantástica! A casa é tal como nas fotos, bastante grande, e com tudo o que precisa para uma estadia maravilhosa. A casa fica mesmo no centro da cidade, com muitos restaurantes, lojas e ruas bem interessantes. A praia fica a uns quilometros, sendo que pode ir de carro ou nas bicicletas disponiveis na casa. Para finalizar a nossa estadia, Inge foi uma anfitriã perfeita, super amigavél e disponivel. Já estamos com saudades! E prometemos que voltaremos. Muito obrigada!!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

La casa es muy bonita, cómoda y bien situada, cerca de la playa. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y camas cómodas. Hay parkings gratuitos en las inmediaciones. La anfitriona, Paula, siempre pendiente de nosotros, nos dio buenas recomendaciones y nos trajo fruta fresca de su huerto. Fue muy amable.

We spent 7 weeks with the whole family at Nader's place and had a great time. The house is in a great location close to mountains, beaches, shops and town all within 10 minutes by car. The garden with the pool is very nice, there are fruit trees and the children could play here. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is well equipped, the internet here is very fast and suitable for work. We really enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend staying at Nader's place and would love to come back.

You truly cannot beat this location! It was steps to the beach, has parking and is very well equipped. The house is comfortable for 5 to 6 people and there are plenty of areas around the house and on the roof terrace to find your quiet space. The roof terrace is definitely the "piece de resistance". The best place to watch the sunrise and sunset, beautiful yoga/meditation sessions, morning coffee and/or evening drinks. The small patio on the far side of the house with a hammock is also a tranquil getaway. Perfect for an afternoon siesta. Laura was an amazing co-host and was above and beyond responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family
