Monthly Rentals in Corticella, Bologna

I stayed in Luca’s apartment for two months during a study abroad program, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment is spacious, full of natural light, and pleasantly quiet. It's located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants close by, and the city center is easily reachable on foot — or even better, by bike. Truly a fantastic location. The interior is beautifully authentic, with a colorful, original, and charming design that made the space feel immediately welcoming. The small balcony was a lovely bonus — perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Luca is an outstanding host: responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive. Although he was out of town when I arrived, his sister welcomed me warmly, and Luca stayed in close contact throughout my stay, always happy to help. All in all, a delightful place to stay — when I return to Bologna, I would love to stay here again. Thank you, Luca!

Great modern appartement, great location in the city center

It was a great time! Giulia is very nice, very communicative, she helped us in many issues. She recommended all the places worth visiting. The contact was excellent, we did not feel left to ourselves. The apartment had everything you needed, clean, comfortable. Bologna is beautiful! If you feel like going to Bologna - I recommend GiHome and Giulia 🫶🏻

Angela was a very nice hostess. Especially the flexible check-in, my train didn't arrive in Bologna until around 11 pm, worked well and as described by Angela. She always responded within 20 minutes. The apartment is generously laid out and located in a quiet residential area. A good pizzeria as well as a large supermarket are very close by (I was on foot and both reachable in 10 minutes). The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary and the air conditioning as well as the fans create a pleasant temperature even at this time. All to my satisfaction. I will gladly come back.
